Todo estuvo muy bien, la amabilidad de Omaira espectacular y su forma de atender. Lo único es la limpieza de los baños, las duchas y el piso, se sugeriría que al menos la puerta de la ducha y el piso se limpien, permanecen muy sucios y en los 5 días que estuvimos nunca se limpiaron.

Hotel recomendable
El hotel está bien ubicado, cerca de la Cinta Costera y del shopping Multiplaza. Las habitaciones son externas con vista panorámica de la Ciudad de Panamá. Las cama, tamaño king. La atención del personal es esmerada. La piscina, cómoda con pocas reposeras. El desayuno no corresponde a un hotel de cinco estrellas, en cuanto a la cantidad ni a la calidad de opciones.

Mi novio y yo amamos la experiencia, la comida y el excelente trato de todo el personal en nuestra cena especial. 100% recomendado. La Joven Omaira y los demás encargados se lucieron esa noche. Estamos muy satisfechos y volveremos por más tiempo en sus instalaciones.

Mixed Experience
I recently stayed at this hotel for my birthday with my wife, and our experience was mixed. The room's appearance was nice, but we encountered several issues. The shower leaked, causing water to spread into the room, and the bathroom light didn't work. To make matters worse, there was a power outage as we were about to use the elevator on the 18th floor, which was frightening and required us to walk down 18 floors. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's central location was convenient, and using Uber was surprisingly affordable for getting around. Despite these positives, the maintenance issues significantly impacted our stay.
