Hotel is very comfortable, very clean, personnel is very profesional and courteous. It was a great experience overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to go with family or friends. Restaurants has a variety of food and options, union market is also a fabolous concept.

The pros: The wifi was very fast and stable, I didn't have a single issue. Every employee was very friendly and professional. The room service food was decent and not overpriced, but be careful as they automatically add the gratuity (very uncommon in Panama). The cons: There was no AC anywhere other than inside the room, even the check-in procedure was uncomfortable due to the heat. The room looked decent at first glance, but you can see obvious signs that the construction was rushed and the quality was not great, especially in the bathroom. The sound isolation was terrible, I could hear every footstep outside my room along with my neighboring room's guest showering. The room was clean, but there was a large hand print on the bed frame, which made it uncomfortable to sleep in... None of the phones in the room worked, the only way to call room service was via the phone's speaker option. The TV remote didn't work. The bed was very comfortable, but the bed sheets were completely pilled, as if they had been used for years despite the hotel only having been built recently.

Incredible hotel infrastructure, Incredible views, incredible customer service, everything very clean and tidy, delicious food and all the tourist places are pretty close, the urban area, the malls, the city center, the airports and many more things simply an amazing hotel!
