The best hotel experience we have ever had!
Our stay at Sofitel as part of our honeymoon in Panama was incredible -- we had never stayed at such a nice hotel before. The customer service was amazing. There were a team of butlers we could message at any time as well so many kind staff members who made us feel welcomed. In particular, Karla, Gabriel, and Maryin surprised us with personal hand-written notes congratulating us on our honeymoon during breakfast. They had even organized a complementary welcome drink for us at the hotel's speakeasy which we had a wonderful time at. The restaurant Caleta and the Amni Skybar within Sofitel were also favorites of ours. The spa staff were also excellent and similarly arranged a surprise desert for our honeymoon. In all, it is safe to say we left feeling incredibly spoiled.

The GEM of Panama City
Sofitel is the gem of Casco Viejo. The team is proud of its history in this region. It is an elegant product with a lovely pool facing the ocean. The rooms are gracious and generous. Ask Ariel to give you an historical tour..... Even if you do not stay here, stop by for a drink or dinner. You will not regret it.

Excelent stay
The Sofitel Legend is a unique hotel in Panama City. A hotel that embodies excellence, with personalized attention and service that make your stay memorable. Excellent service from all staff. At breakfast a special mention for Maite and Joel, Ricardo and Gabriel at pool, Orlando at reception, Roberto at luggage carry service and Flor at housekeeping. We definitely hope to enjoy this hotel again soon.

Beautiful, new, great location. Great food at hotel and nearby. Staff is super helpful and there for you whenever needed
Panama City surprised us, positively. And this hotel and their amazing service and comfort was a big reason why. Our room was great, with a balcony and view of the city + water. We ate at the Caleta restaurant on site, with the Michelin star and were impressed. Juan Castillo waited on us and was top notch. Now thinking of coming back to Panama with the whole family.
