They are all amazing as are all the other staff

I love this hotel! I’m a Marriott Platinum member and travel often, and will definitely be coming back here! It has been somewhat quiet being low season here, but I prefer this. The restaurants and staff are wonderful, and I just had an INCREDIBLE 60 minute Aromatic massage with Lorien. Wow. I get massages at least 1x/month in California, and she is hands down one of the very best I have experienced. Amazing. I’m in heaven. You will not be disappointed. My friends and I are having the best time!

My daughter Olivia and I had the pleasure of staying at El Mangroove Marriott Hotel in Costa Rica this August, and I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable travel experiences we’ve had together. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. We were kindly greeted by Isaac and Cesar, whose warmth and professionalism made us feel instantly at ease. During our entire stay, Natalia was especially attentive—always available and happy to assist with anything we needed. The service across the resort was exceptional; the staff made us feel seen, cared for, and completely at home. The rooms and shared spaces were immaculately clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. We loved the open-air layout and how the natural surroundings were seamlessly integrated—it created such a peaceful and relaxing environment. We especially looked forward to the breakfast buffet each morning, which offered a generous variety of authentic and traditional Costa Rican dishes alongside familiar favorites. It was the perfect way to start each day, and the flavors truly reflected the culture and care behind every meal. The amenities were excellent—the pool was beautiful and well-maintained, the beachfront was quiet and scenic, and every area felt calm and inviting. The overall atmosphere was the perfect mix of laid-back and luxurious, with a unique connection to the surrounding nature and Costa Rican charm. This was the ideal mother-daughter getaway, and we left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and grateful. Our first time stay at the El Mangroove Hotel was a wonderful experience. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we were impressed with the exceptional service and friendliness of the staff. Pablo, the concierge agent, was always available and extremely helpful; from answering our questions to facilitating connections with scuba diving or rental cars to the rainforest, Pablo made sure all of our needs were taken care of. Our time spent playing and relaxing at the resort included extremely well-maintained jet skis, paddle boards, helpful staff, and choices of delicious food with multiple dining experiences. This is a gorgeous property with the most stunning nightly sunset. You will sleep well and wish you didn’t have to leave.

Best experience ever with my boyfriend! Azul services are amazing David, Pablo and Justin was a perfect instructor to our JetSki rental, Gerardo and Nahylan at Matiss has an amazing service! Definitely we will come back!
