Hilton Hotel Tahiti

Wonderful meal and excellent service! Sushi was amazing! The staff and food are awesome. A must when staying at the hotel!

Our early check-in was not honored. This was disappointing. Our server at the lobby bar was busy flirting with a man and didn’t even look up to notice that I wanted another drink. The concierge woman was not very helpful. Hopefully our 2 nights here will get better, but we are off to a less than ideal start

The food is absolutely delicious!!! Everything we tried was fresh and full of flavor. The service was excellent, friendly, and very professional. The staff are so nice and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.

I would like to share my recent experience at Hilton Tahiti where I stayed with my wife and our 7-year-old daughter for two nights. Upon our arrival at 10:00 pm, we were assigned a room that did not have an extra bed for our daughter, resulting in her having to sleep between us. Our first night was unfortunately disrupted when two cockroaches appeared in the room, one of which flew into the bathroom. We promptly reported this issue to the front desk, and the housekeeping manager was sent to address the situation. While they did clean the area, including the towels, the disturbance made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. As a consequence, we missed our scheduled excursion the following day. Seeking a better experience, we chose to stay with family at another hotel for our second night. When we checked out, the hotel offered us credit for one night due to our inconveniences but they never returned the money to my credit card. However, to my dismay, I later discovered additional charges that were not communicated to us. Overall, this experience did not meet our expectations, and I hope the management takes steps to improve their services for future guests.

I stayed at Hilton Tahiti for one night before my morning flight, and it was a wonderful experience. The service was amazing, and as a Diamond member I was upgraded to an ocean view room. The view was stunning, especially at sunset. We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant San, and the food was delicious ,especially the sushi. The staff also arranged an early breakfast in boxes and a taxi reservation for the morning, which was very convenient. When we arrived, a gentleman (unfortunately I don’t remember his name) helped with our luggage and delivered it to our room. Everything about the stay was very professional and made us feel cared for. I would definitely recommend Hilton Tahiti, especially if you need a place to stay before or after your flight. It’s a beautiful hotel with great service and amazing views.
