Excellent hotel worthy of 6 stars.

The standard of customer service is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble from arrival, check in, food service and beach and pool area. Always welcomed warmly by the team. Special thanks to Adrian Megan Eva Dani Thomas and Crystella for looking after us so well. Each year we meet with return guests and that's a true sign of great service.

Our fifth stay at this beautiful hotel in the beautiful island of Cyprus. A couple of things that have changed over the years we still had a wonderful stay. Food, ambience, service, comfort, and all round relaxing hotel is what makes Annabelle a wonderful hotel to stay at. Nothing is too much trouble and i would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to family and friends.

A week at Annabelle Hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

Seven night stay at Annabelle Hotel. The staff on reception were very welcoming, nice that we had a room upgrade to pool with side sea view. The room was spacious plenty of storage space large walk in shower in the bathroom. There were 3 of us sharing a room & I would expect 3 of everything ie glasses, wine glasses bathrobes & slippers to be provided before we got to the room & not us having to ask for them. Surprised by this considering it’s a 5 star Hotel. It’s these little things that make all the difference. All staff throughout the hotel very pleasant, polite & helpful. We expected more variety at breakfast rather boring having the same food on offer seven days a week. The spa was lovely we made use of the indoor pool & we had full body massages very relaxing. The outdoor pools were great plenty of Sun loungers for the use of. On the whole we had an enjoyable holiday.

Amazing Annabelle

Stayed for 8 nights at the Annabelle and I was really sad to be leaving at the end of the holiday. The hotel is lovely, we had a side sea view room which was lovely (clean, spacious and modern). The balcony door pulled right across so it couldn't be safely locked but this was fixed right away. The pools are fantastic. The location is perfect as it's a short walk to the sea, shops and restaurants and also the archaeological sites. I'd recommend staying half board if you can as the in house restaurants are great. The food is well presented and delicious. The morning buffet breakfast has a wide variety of different foods so you won't be disappointed. The staff are nice. Oh, the spa is VERY relaxing, I fell asleep by the inside pool. I'd say the only thing I was disappointed in was that they do not provide fresh bottled water in your room on a daily basis which I thought was unusual for a 5 star hotel?? So we just nipped across to a shop each day to buy some, no big shakes but I think it would he a nice touch for the guests. I would go back to this hotel.

Fantastic 5* hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

What a brilliant hotel! We stayed here on the many good recommendations and were in need of some rest and relaxation. This hotel did not disappoint. We travelled with our 2 year old son and we were apprehensive staying at the Annabelle as many had suggested the sister hotel next door as being better for families. We are very glad we chose the Annabelle instead. We had a lovely welcome with our bags taken and a drink on arrival while our check in was sorted. Check in staff were very friendly. While I give 5* there was one problem with our room, but it was sorted. We had upgraded to a sea view room and our room very much was a side sea view room. You couldn’t see the sea from the room and had to go onto the balcony and turn to the left to see the sea. We told reception that we thought we’d been assigned a side sea view room and they assured us that our room was a sea view room. After a fair bit of discussion and persuasion we were offered to look at other sea view rooms to swap to. We then got a room that most definitely faced the sea. It was lovely! The pools were great. Thankfully the main pool had the heating turned on the day before we arrived and slowly warmed up during our stay to a very pleasant temperature. The grounds are very nice and there is nice quiet areas around the smaller pools with landscaping. We were away over the long Easter weekend and it got very busy so had to get to the pool early to get a sun bed. Housekeeping were brilliant and came for a turn down service each evening. The room was spotless. We were bed and breakfast only. Breakfast was delicious. The normal food done well and some tasty local Cypriot foods and treats dotted around. It was easy to get a table each morning except over the Easter weekend when we needed to head down a little earlier. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One staff member in particular, Eva, was fantastic! She went above and beyond. She really made an effort with our two year old and was very kind and generous to him. He still talks about her now! The location was very good. We were not the biggest fans of New Paphos but having such a fab hotel to come back to made it such a brilliant holiday. We hope to come back again.
