One of our favorite family time and place!
I've stayed at Atlantis 8 different times, this one was my favorite because it was of how nice it was and how nice everyone was. Classy place with top notch people and service!

3rd time less lucky.
Had a great trip for many reasons, but the Cove & some elements of the Waterpark need a refresh / update. Some great staff too, but also some misses on responsiveness to issues and requests. That said, was our third time here and haven't given up on it - stuff looks fixable and beaches are still awesome.

Comfy bed and pillows, luscious robes in the room. Views too die for of the beach and clear water. Pricey Food. Very Friendly service staff at the hotels. Spent a lot of time near the Marina

Over-priced resort
Over-priced for the quality and service level one would expect from a high end resort. The quality and amenities declined over the years.

I’m staying home!
Resort is beautiful but policies are terrible! Airline prevented us from arriving for first day of reserve and hotel did not care and would not reverse charges. Even though I called mid trip while stranded and trying to get to island. It was out of our control and hotel just wanted their money. Not only room charge, resort fees and tips for say we were not even there. Terrible vacation. Delta cancelled our trip, Rebooked on American and their delayed flight caused us to miss connection. What should have been a 6 hour journey took 2 days and they lost my luggage. And it’s been raining since we arrived. Horrible, expensive vacation
