o The Cove is elegantly situated between Cove and Paradise Beaches creating the feeling of being cast away on a private, white-sand sanctuary. The luxury property was designed by architect Jeffrey Beers to bring high design together with the bluest ocean and mother of pearl hued sand. The result is an open air lobby that rises and sets with the day, an exclusive pool that sits between two private beaches, stunning and sensual rooms and suites, a collection of unparalleled dining and purposeful service delivered with Bahamian warmth.

Our room was great, we booked a Lapis lounge room on floor 20th floor, and we strongly recommend it. The staff was very nice especially Jenae. My comments are specific to those who want to spend their days at the pool, and do not reflect any of the other facilities, which I think are great. We have come to the Cove around 20 times since around 2008 when the building was built. The Cove pool, or' Cain at the Cove' as it used to be called, was the hotspot, and the major reason we loved coming. Unfortunately, the excitement and fun at the pool is no longer. The music, is elevator music, and the pool feels like an old age home. We were at the Cove Labor Day weekend, and the pool was half empty. Obviously, someone made this decision, it's got to be hurting liquor sales, room bookings and staff morale. I strongly recommend you bring back Cove at the Cain.

Bahamas was brilliant but I was disappointed with the level of service at Atlantis. Our booking clearly stated all taxes and charges were included but then we have to pay $16 per day for Service Gratuity. It was just about $100 extra but looks cheap for a 5 star hotel. Even worst was that we had to pay $5 for every time asking house keeping to deliver something to the room. Likewise, had to pay $25 per day for the lockers in aqua park.

Fantastic time. Amazing view, Very nice room and very clean. Impressive property and so much fun to be had, even in the slow season. Plenty of towels, chairs, etc… Rode the river rapids, beach day, several pool days. The staff was great. Respect goes a long way. Go see Felicia in concierge. All the staff at the pool, really all of our interactions were positive. Tip - Food was great in all restaurants..Nobu, Pravanza, and seafire (Rochelle) were highlights. Take the ferry over to town. Straw market is fun. Margaritaville by the bridge is a great lunch spot. Walk the property as much as you can, there are so many amazing surprises to be found

First trip to Atlantis, spent a week of which we spent the first part solo as a couple celebrating our anniversary, and back half with 3 other couples celebrating a milestone birthday. Pro’s All staff we encountered over 8 days were friendly, courteous and greeted with smiles. Amenities made the trip fun and enjoyable: casino, lazy river, slides, aquarium walks, marina harbor, beaches, Cove pool vibes! Resort landscaping and grounds are clean and well manicured. App is user friendly and great assist during week long stay for guidance, meal planning, reservations, etc. Housekeeping staff - incredible! The lazy river - one of our friends wanted to live on that thing for 8 hours a day. It seriously was one of our favorites! Cove bags and bottles in room were very nice little gift. Barry (manager) at Cove pool was awesome and very personable to our group. Runs a tight ship with his employees. Took the time to get to know us and fist bumped for the UGA fans in the group (GO DAWGS). Talk to your lifeguards, they are so cool and fun. We loved Miss Cleo at the Cove pool. She was the highlight of our day and we looked for her everyday 🫶🏻. Atlantis has excellent beach frontage! Huge compared to other places we’ve been. Shake Shack - fresh and so good! NOBU Buffet Sea Glass Carmine’s Perch Con’s On the cusp of changing busy season to off season crossing over Labor Day was like flipping a light switch. Lots of repairs and upgrades under way, food options become more limited and things start closing earlier. Food is very expensive, as most every review says. Group traveling with husbands who are hungry mammal protein eating machines, was a challenge on the wallet. Buffet up those gentlemen. Made me miss our all inclusive prior vacations. Buffet was always great for breakfast and dinner. NOBU was good, but left most hungry after. Every day was a guessing game as to which slides would be open or closed. The Leap of Faith tower was closed the entire trip until…Labor Day. Late night food options non existent. Room service thru 11pm and then you can only hit Plato’s until 2am after your casino run for a pricy sandwich and tiny bag of chips. The little convenient store in Royal tower had the best $9 bag of Cheetos I ever tasted at midnight. Overall, we loved the trip and amenities. We felt it was overpriced for the experience and food. Did not feel this was luxury compared to other resorts we’ve experienced in Jamaica and Caribbean. Tips: Pack snacks in your luggage. I packed beef sticks, granola bars, protein bars, trail mix, LiquidIV’s. Room has Keurig - pack coffee Bring reusable bags & hit liquor stores Grab your pool chair early Bring your favorite YETI - filling stations everywhere. Otherwise you will pay $$ for can or boxed water at pool or other areas.
