Sorry we haven't been here sooner...BUT...We will be back for sure!!!
The resort as a whole was spectacular! Beautiful, clean and plenty to do with multiple options. Smiling faces from the entire staff, and everyone always greeted with a smile and hello. Our only knock was the 10% VAT tax on everything, and almost everywhere included a 15% Gratuity! I feel a gratuity should be an option, not a mandatory thing...

Amazing mini vacation
Amazing view, spacious rooms, very nice staff and the resort is fabulous. The resort is very clean and great amenities. The beach is so peaceful and relaxing

Disappointing experience at The Cove
I had high expectations for The Cove at Atlantis, but my stay was underwhelming and far from luxury. Check-in is only from 4pm, later than most 5-star hotels, and despite leaving my number, no one followed up when the room was ready. On arrival, the bathroom sink was blocked. The room lacked basic amenities — only paper cups, no gowns, slippers, or vanity packs. A $4 fee was even charged for a proper cup. The water park had closed rides, while construction noise and blowing sand spoiled the balcony. For the premium price, The Cove fails to deliver.

The cove Atlantis Bahamas
We had 12 days at The Cove Atlantis Bahamas . We upgraded to the Lapis club. Which included breakfast , lunch and afternoon light snacks , plus desserts and happy hour in the evening. Well worth doing as the choice of food was great. The staff at the hotel are so friendly and helpful. Harriel was so nice and helped us a lot. Eugine was so funny and friendly and always had time to speak. Vincent at the bar made great cocktails too. The Atlantis area is huge and there is lots to see and do. The Casino is very good and we won a few times and came home with money . The Silan restaurant in the casino cooked the best Octopus, we went there twice. Its not cheap to eat there but the food is good. The only complaint I had was at the Seafire steak restaurant in the marina village which wasnt good. The steak wasnt cooked right, the potatoes were green inside because the waiter never wrote down our order down , we were served the wrong food, he asked twice how my husband wanted his burger cooking , then when it finally arrived my steak was overcooked. It was past 9pm by then and I didnt want to wait to get my steak cooked right! I wasnt charged for the potatoes after complaining . Just write peoples orders down . September is quiet as well

Great stay at the Cove
We love Atlantis and especially the Cove..we loved cove beach and the Waterpark we enjoyed the free movies and the beautiful view from our room!
