The Cove at Atlantis

Our stay at The Cove Atlantis was nothing short of spectacular, and the credit goes entirely to Thereza and Brian, whose service at the pool turned an already special trip into an unforgettable celebration. We were there to honor a dear friend’s 50th birthday, and from the moment we arrived, these two made sure every detail was flawless. Their approach to hospitality was effortless yet meticulous — the kind of service that feels both luxurious and genuine. Drinks appeared before we even realized we were ready for another, towels were refreshed without a word, and every interaction came with a smile that made us feel like old friends rather than guests. What impressed us most was how their energy transformed the entire pool area. You could see other guests noticing too — more than twenty people actually came over to comment on how amazing the vibe was and how well we were being taken care of. It wasn’t just service; it was an experience. By the end of our stay, it was clear that Thereza and Brian embody what true hospitality should be: professional, warm, and completely dedicated to creating memorable moments. Because of them, our celebration became something truly extraordinary — the kind of day you talk about long after the trip ends. Very lovely hospital staff the only place I visit in the Bahamas! : ) Raymond at Fresca made the trip very memorable. On my stay my family looked for Raymond.

I recently stayed at the Cove in the Atlantis. Rooms have been somewhat renovated. Still a way to go. The Cove pool was excellent. The casino was finally updated with better lighting, new slots and table games. Shuttle service from the Cove to the casino was excellent. Enjoyed my time there.

Could not recommend this more! If you have the chance to enjoy the Cove, don’t walk, run! Special shot out to Javando , who provided world class service. The cabana side massage offerings puts this place over the top! A++ , highly recommend
