o The Cove is elegantly situated between Cove and Paradise Beaches creating the feeling of being cast away on a private, white-sand sanctuary. The luxury property was designed by architect Jeffrey Beers to bring high design together with the bluest ocean and mother of pearl hued sand. The result is an open air lobby that rises and sets with the day, an exclusive pool that sits between two private beaches, stunning and sensual rooms and suites, a collection of unparalleled dining and purposeful service delivered with Bahamian warmth.

This was our second trip to the Cove, and it will not be the last. The facility is gorgeous, and the staff was friendly and attentive. It was a totally relaxing and regenerative vacation. We also did the Sea Lion Adventure at Dolphin Cay. TRULY AMAZING!

This was our second visit to Atlantis, and our first visit with kids. It's truly the perfect family getaway - from great food, to pristine beaches, to comfy/quiet rooms and staff who seem friendly, welcoming and helpful. There's something for everyone! We can't wait for our next visit!

Absolutley beautiful setting and room. The thing that ruined the entire trip was that for 5 of the 7 days there was a hot water issue (i.e. no hot water at all) which required us to endure cold showers the majority of the time. Maintenance kept coming up daily saying it was fixed but it wasnt. Finally got hot water the day of checkout (go figure).

My stay at The Cove Bahamas was deeply disappointing and nowhere near worth the inflated price tag. For a resort that markets itself as luxury, the experience was anything but. The customer service was shockingly poor—unresponsive, dismissive, and completely ineffective when real issues arose. The most unacceptable part is that there is still an ongoing issue with a substantial holding amount that has not been returned to my bank account. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, I’ve been passed around endlessly with no one taking ownership or offering real support. Calls and messages lead nowhere, and promises of follow-up are never kept. At this price point, basic competence and accountability should be a given. Instead, I was left stressed, frustrated, and out of pocket, long after checking out. Luxury is not just about aesthetics—it’s about service, trust, and how guests are treated when something goes wrong. This resort failed on all counts. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here. Overpriced, poorly managed, and utterly disappointing.

We have stayed here several times and only learned upon arrival that COVE is no longer adult only. Massive disappointment but we should have read the fine print. Room is definitely showing its age with frayed carpet and mold in shower. Not representative of a $1700+ a night experience. What is advertised as “adult only” pool is not. At least 20% of guests are under 18 making it even harder to find a precious lounge chair. Rigor should be amplied or just call it a regular pool. $150 room service breakfast took an hour and arrived cold. $15 for single glass of OJ. Really! I get that’s it’s an island and that everything is grossly expense but between 20% VAT and obligatory 15% tip on everything your forced to pay 25% premium on top. Why even call it a tip if it’s obligatory. Just call it another of the many fees! As this experience is not what we expected we plan to leave a day early. Requested conversation with leadership regarding one night refund or credit towards hotel amenities. Was quickly dismissed and told nothing could be done. No flexibility in room Carmines: no option for half portion makes it silly for couples who want different food. It’s already impossible to get reservations at hotel restaurants and this policy makes it even harder Nice gym but crowded and too small for a property of this size Staff kind and professional overall. Mandatory tip policy dilutes culture of high performance. Overall property remains impressive with great location and potential for next chapter in what was a 1st class gold standard in the past but they have a long way to go. A good start would be to place quality ahead of profit. Abandon the required 25% up charge on everything and cultivate performance based environment .
