Our stay at the Castille Paris – Starhotels Collezione was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this is not just a hotel — it is a refined Parisian experience wrapped in true understated luxury. Situated just steps from Place Vendôme and the chic designer boutiques of Rue Saint-Honoré, the location could not be more convenient. We were able to walk effortlessly to the Louvre, the Tuileries Garden, the Opéra, and countless cafés and designer shops. Yet despite being in the heart of everything, the hotel feels peaceful and tucked away — a rare balance in Paris. The building itself is stunning — rich with history and character. You can feel the heritage in architecture and design, yet everything is beautifully maintained with modern comforts. There is a sense of timelessness here — classic, refined, and deeply Parisian without ever feeling flashy or overdone. This is luxury that whispers rather than shouts. The service was exceptional. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and effortlessly professional. Requests were handled instantly. Recommendations were thoughtful. The concierge team made everything feel seamless. It felt bespoke — as though the entire stay had been quietly tailored around us. That level of attentiveness is rare and truly elevates the experience. The breakfast buffet deserves special mention. It was abundant, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Fresh pastries, fruits, eggs, meats, cheeses — everything thoughtfully curated and replenished constantly. It was the perfect way to begin each day before stepping out into the city. Dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was one of the most memorable highlights of our stay. We were seated in the romantic private courtyard, surrounded by soft candlelight and the gentle sound of the fountain — it felt like stepping into a hidden Parisian dream. The ambiance was intimate, serene, and effortlessly elegant. As the evening unfolded under the warm glow of flickering candles, the setting created the most magical atmosphere — quiet, refined, and deeply romantic. The cuisine itself was beautifully prepared and full of flavor, each dish thoughtfully presented and perfectly executed. Every course felt elevated yet comforting — true Parisian sophistication without pretense. It was not just dinner — it was an experience. A candlelit courtyard, exquisite food, impeccable service, and the soft sound of water in the background. It was the perfect setting for a relaxed yet unforgettable Parisian evening. The Castille embodies true understated elegance — refined without being ostentatious, luxurious without being pretentious. It is sophisticated, comfortable, historic, and impeccably run. We left feeling cared for, rested, and completely enchanted. From the warm and friendly check in process to the heart warming lunch box at check out, we were treated like family. Aaron, Michel, & Kate at the front desk were marvelous and provided excellent help with a warm smile. Michel provided wonderful suggestions for salons, and helped us with many inquiries and reservations. Chatting with Michel was really lovely. Aaron at the front desk was always willing to go above and beyond - he arranged for us to have a lunch box to bring with us to the airport in the car - which was ingenious and super kind since we had an early morning flight. I would definitely return to Castille Paris again because their entire staff from the front desk, concierge, restaurant staff, housekeeping and porters were top notch, professional and most of all - very friendly and made you feel at home. It will be my home away from home every time I visit Paris. Thank you for giving us the very best memories during our stay. It truly means a lot.❤️

İt’s definitely not a 5 star hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are very old. The carpets in the room smell bad , because they are old. I wouldn’t stay there ever again. Not worth the price. Breakfast service very slow.

I haven’t been there yet but I feel this place is a scam. I accidentally booked the wrong date and requested to change a few hours after the booking, but they refused to change it because I accidentally booked a nonrefundable and nonchangeable rate, and they charged my credit card immediately for my long, two week stay happening one month after. Worst experience ever and I can’t imagine I have to stay at this place for that long. They are not responding to my emails now.

Beautiful Hotel, in a central location near Place Vendome , on Rue Cambon near flagship Channel Store. It is a smaller Hotel but nevertheless a 5 Star. Our experience was wonderful: Hotel is beautiful, clean, classy, with all the modern amenities. Breakfast was great. Staff was welcoming, courteous, friendly….with one exception : a young lady from front desk made a point to tell me that I shouldn’t have the complimentary glass of champagne until after my check in was completed. However, everything else was wonderful! Highly recommended!
