Cheval Blanc unveils its new contemporary haven in the heart of the City of Light. Under the Pont Neuf flows the Seine. In the heart of the City of Light, a few steps away from the Louvre and the Marais, in front of the Left Bank, rises Cheval Blanc Paris with majesty. A historical building with a contemporary spirit imagined by Peter Marino. A strong sense of Art Déco heritage and a tribute to French savoir-faire and craftsmanship.

Perfect amenities, interior design, Dior spa and location right next to the newest luxury department store and the famous river. Great food and amazing views of the restaurants. Very considerate housekeepers who cleaned my glasses as well.

This is my third stay at this hotel. You can see earlier reviews. This time I came with my wife and son. The place is flawless. That is quite a hat trick. My wife particularly was happy that a concierge took care of getting her shoes fixed over a Saturday when a strap broke. The Tout Paris restaurant on the 7th floor with great city views has a good innovative menu for dinner and we all enjoy the breakfast. The hotel is well located if you want to be in the 3rd arrondissement and is not far from Line 1 metro and there is a metro station right in front of the hotel. The hotel offers a good airport transfer service and we like the treats in the room. The butler service is excellent and responsive. The indoor pool has a swimsuit dryer and the gym is excellent. I love the junior suites over the Seine with the enclosed terrace and my son had a corner room facing the side. The drawback over the Seine is occasional noise from ambulances but, despite my sensitivity to noise, it was not really a problem on any of my stays. Unless you want to be in a different part of town, I think this is a great place in Paris to be and I totally recommend this hotel.

This is an incredibly easy hotel to recommend — from the stunning hard product to the quality of the service as well as the diversity and depth of the food and beverage offerings — everything was perfect. The airport transfer and check-in process were seamless, after which (as I arrived early) I was led to the rooftop at Le Jardin to have a glass of wine. The fact that this was their casual dining option, yet had thoughtful, striking dishes, polished service, an amazing wine selection and a view of the Paris skyline and Eiffel Tower bode well for the rest of the stay. In fact, the quality of the food and beverage program was excellent across the board — this extended beyond their signature restaurants (including the three-Michelin-starred, Plénitude) to include in-room dining, the housemade granola bars in the gym, the delicious petit fours and desserts placed in the room at check-in etc. The room was one of the most beautifully designed base rooms I have ever stayed in. The Deluxe Room had attractive and varied materials and tones, plenty of comfortable seating, a plush bed, a beautiful marble bathroom (which was absolutely drowning in high-quality bath products), large steam shower, ample storage and massive bay windows. The welcome display, turndown setups and little gifts throughout the stay were all wonderful (I won’t spoil anything), and the soundproofing and blackout curtains led to a fantastic sleep experience. The gym, spa and underground pool also deserve mention. The pool is one of the most impressive indoor pools I have ever seen with detailed mosaic tiling and TeamLab-style digital landscapes of the surrounding city along the wall. The gym has top-of-the-line equipment and I never saw more than two other people using it at any given time (the hotel only has ~70 rooms). I also really appreciated the integration of the sauna and Hammam in the pool complex (often these are buried in the locker rooms), but this made it easy to utilize all of the spa facilities whenever you wanted. All of the service was stellar, but I have to especially recommend the concierge team. I was only at the property for two nights around a wedding yet they thoughtfully helped me with my airport transfer and itinerary for the bookend days around the event (i.e. when I was not in-house). Their around-the-clock responsiveness, quality recommendations and access to some hard-to-attain restaurant reservations (I was there around the Olympics/summer holidays) completely exceeded my expectations. I was also impressed by the seamless integration with the LVMH portfolio, such as the beautiful artwork and designer pieces around the hotel (e.g. large TAG Heuer clock in the gym), Dior turndown products and proximity to La Samaritaine -- the hotel felt like an experiential extension of their stores. This was my first exposure to the Cheval Blanc hotel brand and the experience was so excellent that I now want to stay at all of them. Typically when I travel I like to try out a different hotel with each stay, but the Cheval Blanc Paris set such an incredibly high standard that, despite the many first-rate options in Paris, I don’t find myself particularly curious to try other properties. Cheval Blanc felt refined, elegant, yet modern and the warm welcome I received there is something I look forward to experiencing again.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Paris! From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and enjoyed every aspect of the hotel. The concierge team seamlessly helped us with outings and dinner reservations, we loved the daily breakfast and our room with balcony (view of point neuf) was fantastic. But it was the fact that the team members knew our names and regularly put the most fantastic GF pastries in our room that made this hotel one of our new global favorites. They understand world class service and clearly wanted to make sure our experience exceeded expectations. Our friends had recommended it and we will be back!

This should be a hotel that represents the lvmh brand since it is located in bernard arnault's hometown and it is very new. Instead there are many issues here which are a deal breaker. 1. censored wifi - and blocked vpn. The hotel blocks access to a tremendous amount of websites, and to add insult to injury, they prevent us from using our VPN to access... then to make matters worse, it is very difficult to use a personal hotspot from my phone since the signal strength is very very poor within the hotel walls. 2. the only nice outdoor area which they have (the garden) is closed until mid may, despite the fact that the weather has been gorgeous for over 2 weeks already. All other hotels (such as four seasons, reserve, etc) already have their courtyard and terasses open. 3. you pay a lot of extra money to be on the seine side, however it is so extremely loud from the street noise that sleeping in on the weekdays is not possible for people who are sensitive to sound. 4. shower towels are too small. they have bath towels which are larger but they only brought them much later in my stay after I complained 5. the toto toilet model is the very cheap and small version. it has a strange smell and is not suited for a hotel of this quality.
