Cheval Blanc unveils its new contemporary haven in the heart of the City of Light. Under the Pont Neuf flows the Seine. In the heart of the City of Light, a few steps away from the Louvre and the Marais, in front of the Left Bank, rises Cheval Blanc Paris with majesty. A historical building with a contemporary spirit imagined by Peter Marino. A strong sense of Art Déco heritage and a tribute to French savoir-faire and craftsmanship.

TLDR: If you read no further, know this. This hotel earned every one of its five stars with my family and has made nine loyal patrons of the Cheval Blanc brand. Cheval Blanc Paris is not simply a beautiful hotel. It is a place that makes you feel genuinely taken care of. Our experience began well before we arrived in Paris. Traveling as a group of nine over Christmas is a logistical challenge, and the Cheval Blanc team was instrumental in coordinating and booking our itinerary. Their guidance was thoughtful and organized, allowing us to arrive already feeling confident in the vacation we were about to have. Upon arrival, the tone is set immediately. You are greeted by the porters and then introduced to your personal majordôme, who escorts you directly to your room to complete check-in. We were the Seine Suite, which offers a stunning view of the river. It was amazing to have as it gave us a place were we could all congregate at the same time. The experience is polished and warm and inspires complete confidence. From the first moment, you feel expected, welcomed, and cared for. The physical design of the hotel is quietly impressive. Every surface feels intentional and artistic. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with some of the best sheets we have experienced in a hotel. It feels new and cared for. What truly distinguishes Cheval Blanc is its people. Every member of the staff knew all of our names and remembered what we had done the day before, following up with genuine interest about our plans. They felt less like staff and more like attentive and capable friends. All I can say is that Cheval Blanc Paris delivered. Consistency, attention, and an uncommon level of personal care. It earned our trust early and kept it. We would return without hesitation.

My arrival at the hotel was perfect. I was greeted with genuine enthusiasm and hospitality. Check-in couldn’t have been better and I was (as always) given an early check-in! I was accompanied to my room by Victor from the excellent Butler service Team and was blown away by the beautiful room with a balcony and a view on the Pont Neuf. He opened a bottle of Ruinart and I honestly felt like a movie star! The room was immaculate, providing a unique and relaxing experience. I can carry on like this: the Dior Spa, the pool, the birthday cake, the gifts, the flowers, the fantastic turn-down service, the in-room dining, the breakfast….all excellent! Spoil yourself and go and stay in this hotel! You’ll be treated like royalty! I saw an interview with Mr Arnault just after the opening of this hotel in 2021, and he said: ‘We simply want to be the best!’ To which I can add….Bravo! you definitely succeeded! I thank Mr Morandini and his team for this perfection!

Cheval Blanc Paris has become my new favorite hotel in the city. After staying at the same hotel for twenty years, I finally decided to make a change—and I was absolutely amazed. The rooms are modern, immaculate, and stocked with divine toiletries. The concierge service was both professional and genuinely friendly. I can’t wait to return.

We love this place and especially Margaux who ensured our entire stay was beyond perfect. Our room just above point neuf could not have been better. The bed is so comfortable and the bathroom a dream. We like the breakfast cafe and the roof bar. We also ate at Plenitude. Getting into the Louis Vuitton cafe without queuing was also a treat. Overall just a perfect experience. Getting a table at KEI Paris, despite it being fully booked, shows the expertise and effort of the concierge team. We also want to compliment the Asian women working at reception. She is a superstar.

Perfection, can I give it a few more stars? If you can splurge on this hotel, you will be cared for like you've never been in any other hotel. The staff anticipates your needs and everyone from the bell staff to housekeeping knows your name and what you like. This is luxury at it's finest-just WOW. We had a problem with our room the first night so the reservations manager made an effort to locate us at breakfast to offer to change our room. This offer included packing up all our things and giving us the choice to do nothing that might be inconvenient for us to move (we preferred to pack up our own things but what an offer). There are butlers and people who discretely come out of the woodwork (literally) to be helpful. We bumped into a bellman around the corner from the hotel and he offered to carry our bags because he knew we were guests. This is beyond anything we've ever experienced at a hotel. A special shout out to every one of the concierges who worked with us pre-arrival on making arrangements for things and then during our stay as we firmed up the things we wanted to do. They have deep resources in order to make sure their guests have an amazing trip in Paris. They deliver in a big way. The hotel breakfast is a feast so large that one doesn't have to eat until dinner. Incredible croissants and baked goods, a fantastic homemade yogurt with granola and on top of all the food they bring to the table you can order hot items to go with it. Location: One never has to take any transportation, the most walkable location at Pont Neuf. There's not anything that can be improved at this hotel. All in all, it's simply incredible. Can't wait to stay here again some day.
