Grand Hotel du Palais Royal

We had a wonderful stay. I proposed to my girlfriend during our visit, and the hotel went above and beyond to make this the most special moment. A special thank‑you to Lola and the massage therapist. I truly recommend this hotel for their exceptional and personalized care for their guests.

The staff could not have been more helpful. From the front desk, to the concierges, to the housekeeping team. Just incredibly kind and responsive. The connectivity through WhatsApp was also hugely helpful and frequently utilized. Wonderful stay.

This review is long overdue! My sister and I visited in April 2025 for our annual sister trip. From the moment we arrived, our experience at this elegant hotel was nothing short of magical. Although my sister and I arrived early for check-in, Lola Narici from Guest Relations immediately made us feel at home. She graciously offered us light refreshments, but even more memorable was the genuine warmth of her company. To our absolute delight, we were upgraded to a stunning suite with breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower. This was an unforgettable surprise that set the tone for our entire stay. What truly made our visit exceptional, however, was Lola’s gracious manner and attention to detail. Her dedication to guest experience are truly outstanding, and she is an invaluable asset to the hotel. I would also like to commend the concierge staff, Lilian and Germain, who were equally attentive and helpful throughout our stay. I was so impressed that my husband and I are already planning to return this August to celebrate our anniversary. I have enthusiastically recommended this hotel to family and friends planning a trip to Paris. All of my highest compliments to Lola. Her work ethic is exceptional, and she deserves every bit of praise.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights at the Grand Hotel du Palais Royal in March, 2026. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding and attentive. The concierge had arranged for our visit to the Louvre and came over to give us the tickets as we were checking in. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. We had a light lunch at Cafe 52...great food, great service, relaxed cafe vibe. And we walked to the Louvre...very close to the hotel, but not so close as to be noisy. On subsequent days, we explored different parts of the city nearby, and we ate at several of the restaurants recommended by the concierge...lots of great choices nearby!

Wonderful hotel with above average customer service. The hotel was in the best location, very quiet street even though it's close to everything including steps from the Metro. The staff was all very friendly and able to answer any/every question. The fitness center was very clean as was everything in the hotel. Had a surprise welcome amenity when I arrived which was just icing on the cake of an incredible visit. Highly recommend this hotel!
