Paris is one of my favorite cities and I've stayed or visited at most of the 5* hotels. This one, without question, is the happiest---and because of that is my current favorite. The welcome was professional, from the car into a room where we were given two generous glasses of champagne as we checked in. Very Nice! The surprise was that every single person we interacted with had a smile, and it was real. The other very notable feature of this hotel was how it was a very traditional French hotel..but felt casual and comfortable at the same time. The clientele was well-dressed but in a relaxed way and when at breakfast, I asked for ketchup (I'm American) I was offered hot sauce as well---with a smile. Our suite was spacious and more modern, with a lovely view of the courtyard and the team welcomed us with a cake and....more champagne. It was really lovely to have a butler that checked us in and was helpful with recommendations. My absolute favorite feature was the spa--especially the pool. We will be back and if you are reading this review, it means you are considering staying here. 100% pick it.

Stayed at crillon as well as George V this annual Paris trip. Ambassador bar and the main restaurant are beautifully decorated and excellent service ( loved breakfast every morning and didn’t tire of it after a week). We had a suite which was well kept and a great mix of modern and traditional. Public areas very comfortable and very active. Doormen were exceptional (Jean Luc!) Will definitely stay here again - love the rosewood brand. The only sub-par experience was nonos - lighting way too bright and terrible music (80’s rock really) felt like a cheap diner - lower lights and put on Lori beats like a classy restaurant.

Hotel Crillon is one of the best hotels in Paris. Every guest is treated like a king. The staff are friendly and respectful. Juana was amazing she was as if you had known her for a long time. room cleanliness is amazing and the location is proximal.

Everything about this hotel is amazing! The location, the rooms and restaurants are superb, but the best thing about this hotel is their staff! From Julianne at the check-in, to Katia the hostess at the restaurant, to Gregory and Patrick the Concierge, everyone was so warm and welcoming, that it felt like coming home (actually nicer)! My wife’s dress unfortunately had a small tear, which Gabi was able to repair, and even gave us a brooch to help cover it up! There is a reason this is a 5-Star hotel, and the people who work here are a very big part of that reason! Hope to return again soon.

The hotel facility was average but the staff that work there make you forget about that. I cannot speak French and some of the French people do not like tourists but the staff like i said, make you forget about that. The best thing about this hotel is their food. I cannot describe how delicious breakfast and dinner were.
