Hotel du Louvre Paris, a Hyatt Hotel

We stayed eight nights at this hotel during our first visit to Paris. We could not have been happier with the experience there. The front desk staff were all so friendly and helpful. We also found the concierge employees very helpful and pleasant. Their knowledge definitely helped us get the most out of our daily excursions around Paris. Our room was very comfortable. It was always perfectly clean and kept when we returned in the afternoon, and the staff stopped by each night to resupply bottled water and a couple of small pieces of chocolate. Finally, we thought the location was perfect with practically the entire city and most sites within walking distance (if you enjoy walking and the weather permits). A taxi stand is right across the street and the metro is right outside also. We had week passes for the metro, but also used the taxi a couple of times. Many great bakeries, breakfast places and restaurants of various cuisines nearby. We hope to return to Paris and this hotel soon, maybe for a different time of the year.

This hotel was wonderful. Extremely clean, absolutely beautiful and also very comfortable with every amenity you could need. While part of the Hyatt chain, this hotel keeps a boutique, historical hotel feel and charm. The location is excellent, it's so close to so many things to see and do! Highly recommend, we would love to return again one day!

Celebrated our honeymoon, staff said congratulations after we mentioned it but did not do anything further. Requested early check in and room with bathtub, did not get either. Upon checkin, front desk told us we could upgrade to a suite for $400/night if we wanted a bathtub and said “my manager would kill me if I upgraded you for free.” If it’s available and I’m a Hyatt member I don’t see why not, especially for an occasion such as this. No breakfast, no note, nothing. A/c in room was broken.

Exceptional accommodation…. I’m really fussy and with my First trip to Paris I was so happy to be in such a wonderful Hotel. The staff, room, breakfast the lounge/bar were all 5 stars… I would stay again in a heartbeat!!! Plus Location was perfect!!!

Everyone was nice except the concierge desk ( Kamilla was terrible and rude). The location of the hotel is perfect, the metro is close and the Louvre is across the street. It's clean and the house cleaning is next level good. The front desk was nice and we felt very safe. You are greeted with ushers opening the doors and keeping the lobby safe. The a/c worked perfect, it was quiet, and very clean. Two full size elevators which is helpful.
