About the Hotel
Hotel Lutetia is an iconic landmark situated in the vibrant Saint-Germain-des-Prés area of Paris and the only luxury Palace hotel on the city's Left Bank. Lovely stay in perfect part of Paris
Just a lovely stay all around. The room had a plumbing issue which was resolved quickly and well. The suite was beautifully appointed. It was a welcome haven at the end of long days on our feet. The location just can’t be beat. Breakfast was delicious and extra special for the GF French pastries. What a treat.

Every detail of the hotel exceeded expectations: stunning design, exceptional service, and staff who genuinely care. The concierge team was spot-on, and Benjamin at the door made us feel at home. Paris Visit Oct 13-20, 2025
My first stay at Lutetia came to Paris for business and pleasure Oct 13-20, 2025 booked the Luteria suite. My flight arrived at 8 am and I arrived at hotel at 930 am. Normal check in is 3 pm. I am fortunate to be a Pearl member so my check in time was at 12 pm. I was certainly fine with that and had planned to get some breakfast and walk around - Miriam checked me in and let me know that my room was already prepared. she checked me in with incredible efficiency in my room - she mentioned that I could be upgraded to a bigger room but that room wasnt ready yet. I was traveling alone so I thanked her and said no I am happy where I am now and ver y grateful that my room was already ready. Guest relations had provided a delicilous assortment of pastries and coffee and orange jus. the Room had balconies overlooking Rue Du Sevres and Rue Raspail. as expected the Lutetia suite is incredibly gorgeous with state of the art technology. they even had a pillow case embroidered with my initials. Throughout my stay multiple people from Guest relations graciously checked in to make sure i had everything (thank you Timothee, Carla and Elben) Batiste checke din daily and replaced my fruit plate (thank you Batiste) Guest relations brought up a lemon pound cake and assorted pastries on different nights - all incredibly delicious. Check out with Pierre was as efficient as check in. Jean helped me with my car service taking me back to CDG. a very special trip made even better by a very special hotel. I will be back to Paris and hope to return to Lutetia

Great hotel in Saint-Germain-des-Prés
Very nice and humble, yet professional, staff. Beautiful venues in a good location easy to reach even by car. Good breakfast. Great fitness center and pool. Lovely room/bed, big bathroom and a big shower. We enjoyed our stay and have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Wonderful Concierge Service & Location
Breathtaking, with high quality throughout this hotel, from the detailing of the rooms to the impeccable service of the staff. We had a memorable stay in what has to be the best neighborhood for walking in the city. Our experiences with the concierge, Mael Talibart, was flawless. He not only set up requested tours and transportation, he made sure to get us a dinner reservation at Jules Verne.
