The hotel has a great location, nice classic Parisian style and we were treated wonderfully by the guest reception and concierge. We booked a renovated room with a view of the Eiffel Towel. Housekeeping was disappointing. They blew through our DND one afternoon, and every day they put a request for DND under the door even though there was no DND on the door after 11 am, so we had to ask for service every day. Breakfast was inconsistent. Every morning they would let the buffet run out of items. They also would not announce when the buffet would close, but just closed the doors to the buffet room. On Sunday morning a young lady of the service personnel who looked like she was in charge was constantly on her cell phone versus attending guests. The in room coffee service was instant coffee, versus a real coffee maker which is expected at the price point of this hotel..

As usual the experience with the Hotel Regina was exemplary. From the service to the outstanding staff who has remembered us from previous years to the culinary staff which seems to have improved their skills and professionalism. I do need to point out that like me the lady in some places shows her age but with the constant maintenance it is still an outstanding experience and w.e will continue our relationship with this great lady. Many cudo to the ever diligent concierge staff. Who make the experience effortless

We stayed at the Hotel Regina Louvre in June 2025 to celebrate our anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is in an ideal location—right in the 1st arrondissement, just steps from the Louvre and close to all the iconic sites. Getting around the city was incredibly easy from this central spot. Our room was on the smaller side, but very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower—a romantic touch that made the week feel extra special. The service was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, but the concierges, in particular, went above and beyond. On more than one occasion, there were neighborhood events that made it difficult to find a taxi, and they actually walked with us several blocks away to help hail one. That kind of thoughtfulness really made an impression. We tried room service once, which was fine, though nothing remarkable. Fortunately, there’s an excellent pastry shop just around the corner that more than made up for it! All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend Hotel Regina Louvre for anyone looking for a classic Paris experience with excellent service and a prime location.

What an unbelievably disappointing experience, don't bother go somewhere else. When we arrived we were told our room was not available and that since it was during the French Open we were lucky to have a room at all. Those were his exact words. When I pulled out my reservation that I had made 6+ months ago he said the room he was giving me was better. I had booked the family suite because I wanted to be on the top floor and my small children were so excited about the bunk beds. We were given two regular connecting rooms with double beds on a second floor with an interior view. When we still said this was unacceptable and not what we wanted he finally said that the suite we booked had plumbing issues. So what could we do but say ok. We asked every day if the plumbing was fixed. Finally on the third day when the original extremely rude guy wasn't there an actually nice lady was very confused. What we suspected the entire time was it was completely a lie!!! They had double booked the family suite we were supposed to have that I had booked 7 months in advance!!! I chose this hotel because I wanted to be on the top floor and the location. I wish when we were checking in I had just said forget it and gone somewhere else. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the streets surrounding it were dirty and covered in graffiti. Besides the one lady who was finely nice most of the staff were rude. This is the only negative review I have ever left anywhere but I wish I had been warned.

We had a wonderful time at the Regina. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, all items included in our package arrived promptly. The hotel is very well geared to the Luxury Link auction features and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
