Beautiful and fantastic hospitality. For example, my boyfriend and I really loved the almonds they provide in the bar area. We asked what they were, but the server was unsure of the exact name. The following day when we came down to the lounge, she had found the brand name and noted it down to tell us. Everyone was extremely kind.

A lovely hotel with amazing staff and a perfect location to explore Paris. The hotel is beautifully decorated. Staff are responsive, friendly and accommodating. As soon as you step out, you are in the middle of it all in Paris. I will definitely stay again.

Great hotel in the heart of everything. Great breakfast Buffett, with something for everyone. Service leaves nothing to wish for. Great staff! You can walk to just about any place you would like to see from the hotel. Will definitely come back when in Paris.

We had an issue at our previous hotel and needed to vacate quickly. Sarah at Hotel Regina was so helpful in fixing our issue and finding us an amazing opportunity at Hotel Regina. There must have been a cancellation because their website said the room we were interested in was booked. I've traveled to a lot of 5-star hotels, but this place has been the best. EVERY person there addressed you quickly, friendly, and was only interested in helping you. We never experienced one grumpy employee evenincluding the cleaning service employees. Nedless to say they rescued our our trip to France. Even when we were checking out and at that moment the airline called and cancelled our flight, the hotel found us another room just as comparable to the one we had been in for many days. The views of the Eiffel Tower from our terrace were incredible! We saw same of the other 5-star hotels in Paris, Hotel Regina is the best. Their location is second to none! Can't wait to visit them again!

Where do I begin? Our stay at the Regina did not disappoint. From the moment I booked a year ago to our arrival two weeks ago everything exceeded our expectations. We booked transportation thru them from Charles de Gaulle to the hotel and it was effortless and easy. Our rooms were ready upon our arrival which was such an unexpected surprise. Laurine greeted us and took us to our room. She was warm, welcoming and made us feel welcome. We actually had 3 rooms booked and each of them were spacious, quite, and beautiful. The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and delicious. The staff was attentive and helpful. Our favorite place was the bar off the main lobby. It is cozy and intimate. The Regina is ideally located on the Rue de Rivoli making its location superb. If you walk out the hotel and turn left you are at the Louvre; if you walk out and tun right you are at the Tuileries Gardens. This was my third visit to the hotel. The first in the mid-80's with my parents on a family trip. The second with my husband on our honeymoon in 1989. And this visit with our grown children to celebrate my 60th birthday. The hotel went above and beyond to welcome us back and make my birthday so special, including a bottle of champagne, small gift and rose petals. It exceeded all my expectations and best of all we got to introduce our children to this very special hotel that holds so many memories for us. As I said in my thank you to the general manager. "The hotel is like a fine bottle of wine. It only gets betters better as it ages." I would go nowhere else in Paris and hope that my next visit is shorter than the last.
