Hotel Westminster

Stayed for two nights. The second one was forced due to the return of the London-bound Eurostar to Paris following accidents on track. Fashion week was on, so the entire city had zero availability and I had no reservation on my unscheduled return to Hotel Westminster at midnight. Ramata at reception was outstanding! She went above and beyond to find a solution. Called at least 80 other hotels in Paris to no avail. She was relentless and I really appreciate that. In the end, Ramata let me stay in a Westminster room owing to a no show - just after 3 am!… A big thank you to Ramata, she was extremely helpful, sympathetic and courteous and she was determined to find a solution - which in the end she did. Ramata deserves to do extremely well in this business. Also a thank you to the rest of the staff and the Manager the morning after. My hotel rating would have been lower as the furnishings are tired and the accommodation imperfect. But it is elevated by the fantastic service and dedication of Ramata and the rest of the team. Thank you.

Best hotel my family has ever visited. Highly recommended! The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. They were always ready to provide a helpful hint for local food or things to do.

Lost €700 Deposit Hello, I had a very upsetting experience at this hotel involving my deposit. I paid a cash deposit (with proof), but the staff charged my card as well and refused to refund the cash or unblock the card. Daniel, a staff member, was extremely rude and aggressive and forced me to leave with no resolution. This is not the first time. I previously gave the hotel another chance after a misunderstanding during a summer stay, but I deeply regret it now. This time, I booked two rooms with a €700 deposit (€350 each). I asked for a receipt, and what I was given was fake — it was printed at 3 AM on December 25th, hours before I checked out, and falsely claimed I hadn’t paid the full amount. Luckily, I had already taken a photo of the real receipt on December 19th, clearly showing full payment and the deposit. Still, they insisted on charging me again unless I agreed to another card payment.

I had the pleasure of discovering Hôtel Westminster during a recent visit to Paris. A discreet, refined address in the heart of Paris, offering the convenience of nearby cultural landmarks, iconic squares and monuments, luxury shopping, and a wide array of dining options — all within walking distance. I highly recommend Hôtel Westminster and look forward to returning.
