We stayed here from the 5th till the 8th October. A wonderful hotel for a special occasion! Absolutely beautiful. Other than a slight issue in the club lounge on one visit, we had a wonderful time there. My first time in Paris! So glad we stayed here.

Well where do I start . I am owner of a private luxury travel company and do lots work with IHG and are there destined partners I have stayed in many exceptional and many great properties but this is the worst property stay ever Amount points / money charging : its a scam to me I just booked 45 nights for our clients in maison delano paris and what a hotel Thank god i did not book this hotel for them And for sure no business with this unprofessional / liars type ppl hotel First time being from a travel business treater so bad Got a mail saying they have upgraded me to a nice room Funny when check in front desk said no such information from sales team which was shocking They gave me a room which was like a attic room , window : for name sake Tiny prison like room Then last day at 6 pm they call me ask if i like to move in to better room , i said no as leaving in morning Then ask me if they can send me Champagne bottle which i politely declined , they sent anyways which was not needed As rest assurer neither am i staying in this property ever again or sending my clients also Worst experience ever Oh whole staff like door men etc unpleasant or no greet or smiles and room had mosquitoes also

I’ve been to Paris before but this was the first time for my partner. So he decided to splash out and get a really special hotel. And this hotel is definitely that! Absolute luxury. Excellent cleanliness. Massive comfortable bed. All the amenities you would want. The club lounge has superb snacks and champagne on offer. The staff at reception, concierge, club lounge, cleaners, room service were all wonderful and helpful. The staff in the bar and restaurant left a little bit more to be desired with the lower level of customer service. The hotel is also situated in a convenient location for walking or taxi to tourist sites. We would definitely stay at this hotel for a special occasion again. We did have one unfortunate episode one day in the club lounge. Burak was at the desk and asked for our room number which was the first time anyone had asked us this. He then made a rude comment about how we were dressed nicer than the previous time we had been in and he didn’t recognise us. We took offence to this comment. All other club lounge staff were lovely and helpful. Leah at the concierge was also very set helpful and friendly to help us find a local restaurant. Highly recommend you discover Passage des Panoramas.

The hotel is nice but it has an old odor in the rooms stale and maybe as if they used to be smoking rooms. The accommodation prices mini bar 25 ? For 1 drink ? They clearly are gauging patrons. And again the odor..

As an ex IHG Employee I am very proud of the InterContinental brand but never more so than when I stay at this property. From the minute you arrive on the driveway guests are taken on a journey or quality of excellence and it is an absolute privilege to be able to stay here. Staff, from the housekeeping team to the Front Office Clerks, the breakfast room waitstaff to the Club Lounge personnel effortlessly deliver first class service every minute of every day. What a treat!
