Le Bristol Paris

Our family had the most exemplary experience at Le Bristol. It was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had; with outstanding service from start to finish. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and professional. A special thank you to a few folks who’s work and care made our stay a memorable 5-star experience: - William the bellman was always kind and remembered our name from the first day - Alina and Montserrat at the front desk - Montserrat gave us a friendly tour and was so welcoming and Alina introduced us to Socrates, the hotel mascot (whom my daughter adored) - The amazing concierge team, Noe, Zoe, Fabian, Enzo, and Camille. They were extremely helpful and their dinner reservations and follow-up were exceptional! - The housekeeping team was just awesome! The room was always spotless and so well taken care of and we appreciated the daily treats (our kids’ loved them the most) :-) - The breakfast team of Maxime, Guilhem, and Oisin were a class above anything we’d experienced. Friendly, courteous, and engaging…. And they gave us one of our most memorable moments when we asked if we could take pastries with us for our last day prior to visiting Luxemburg gardens and then promptly forgot our to-go items. When we returned from touring the gardens and were preparing to depart, we found a room service table set up in our room with the forgotten pastries, a flower, and butter & jam. It was amazing! Thanks again for everything. We intend to come back on our next trip to Paris and I’ve recommended Le Bristol to several friends already.

I really enjoyed my stay at Le Bristol Paris. The location is interesting and central, and the hotel itself is beautiful — both classic and bright, with a very comfortable, well-equipped room. While the building feels historic, everything is modern and functional. For example, there was a USB-C port by the bed, which is a nice detail. I was upgraded to a Prestige Room, which had a lovely balcony overlooking the quiet inner courtyard. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. I also had dinner at Epicure — an excellent experience — and appreciated the elegant atmosphere. Breakfast was another highlight: I was happy to find freshly brewed filter coffee served in a pot, rather than from a machine. Small touches like that really matter. The bar was also enjoyable, and I’ll definitely consider staying here again on a longer trip.

We are very selective travelers with high standards, and this hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—warm, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. The room was stunning—elegant, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. But the real standout? The shower. Hands down the best we’ve ever experienced—luxurious, spa-like, and incredibly relaxing. The on-site restaurants were top notch, offering exceptional cuisine and ambiance that rivaled some of the finest dining experiences we’ve had anywhere. The location was also perfect—convenient, scenic, and ideal for exploring the area. We were referred by our travel agent, and we’re so glad we listened. This hotel is a gem. Five stars all the way. Can’t wait to return!

Everything about Le Bristol was perfect, including the three-star and one-star restaurants. The service staff was polite, courteous, and somehow learned my name after a few days (even though I did not tell them my name). They further really helped me out when I had a medical emergency.

Le Bristol was for many years a staple of my European travels, with around 20 stays over the past decade. After a year and a half between stays, the welcome back was as warm as ever. My guest room was immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed, offering a pleasant garden view. However disappointingly, turndown service was missed one evening until I requested it. Like the rooms, public areas were beautifully maintained, and if visiting at Christmas time, the decorations are exquisite. In-room dining was excellent, but lunch at Café Antonia disappointed, with soggy, undercooked fries accompanying the vegetarian club sandwich. It had been some time since I last dined at Epicure, the hotel's three-Michelin-starred restaurant. It was unexpectedly not open during my previous visit, significantly detracting from my stay. This time, dinner was enjoyable, with the team expertly accommodating dietary needs as always. However, for the first time in a decade, my poached eggs were undercooked, and despite booking well in advance, I was initially seated - in a quiet restaurant - near the kitchen instead of my usual window preference. Bar du Bristol had several new staff members since my last stay, who were courteous but lacked the personalised touch of previous visits - such as remembering dietary needs and a reserved table request. While Le Bristol still exudes its signature elegance, finer details and the dining experience didn’t quite match the exceptional standard I’ve come to expect over the years.
