Park Hyatt Paris-Vendome

The Park Hyatt Vendome is a lovely property. The location is central to many attractions and the staff is helpful and kind. The room was clean and spacious. We dined in the outdoor terrace for a perfect Parisian meal.

Top notch property in the center of Paris. Very conveniently located. Excellently maintained. Rooms are beautifully decorated and very nicely appointed. Very welcoming atmosphere. Staff goes out of the way to help and instantly solve any issue. Manager personally made sure that our stay is memorable. Concierge responded to all our requests and was on target every time with recommendations and reservations. I will go back again and again!

The Park Hyatt Vendome is a beautiful, luxury hotel. The room accommodations are large by European standards. Fabulous breakfast and Michelin star restaurant. Good location and staff that will go out of their way to assist. Loved our stay.

We stayed at Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme for 4 nights following a stay at Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht, both booked using Hyatt points with a Guest of Honor (GOH) benefit. Despite only a 5,000-point difference between the two properties, the experience in Paris was significantly more seamless, consistent, and professionally executed. The arrival process was smooth and handled with the level of professionalism one expects from a luxury flagship. We were assigned a Deluxe room on a high floor without any friction. During the stay, we encountered a minor issue with minibar noise and simply requested assistance to turn it off. The team responded promptly and efficiently. What truly set this stay apart was the proactive hospitality. Without any formal complaint or request for compensation, the hotel extended multiple gestures of goodwill for our 30th anniversary: welcome champagne and snacks, chocolates the following day, an additional small gift regarding our room noise sensitivity, and—most notably—an unprompted 25,000-point adjustment. These gestures were unexpected but deeply appreciated. Special thanks to Sophonisbe for her thoughtful attention and care, which made our anniversary feel personal and well-managed. Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme remains a benchmark for how a luxury hotel should be run, especially for milestone occasions. We look forward to returning.
