Park Hyatt Paris-Vendome

Great location, very good service all around from front desk to concierge to lobby cafe. Breakfast was very good in terms of both the food and service. Rooms were clean with welcome cards and very impressive welcome treats. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The only downside was that 1 of our 2 rooms had electrical failures and an issue with the heating system - they tried to fix it but it was an unpleasant experience. All the staff were really excellent and very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Janehda from front desk.

Very nice hotel in a great location with excellent breakfast. Our Hyatt Globalist status upgraded us to a mediocre room with an awkwardly outfitted bathroom, limited space to unpack our belongings, no space in the refrigerator to chill water, very bright overhead lights, and a noisy street view. Upon arrival, we were informed that our status provided an upgrade to the best room available, but instead of giving us an available premium suite, they offered to sell us it to us for an additional cost. We are disappointed and not impressed. I do not recommended his hotel to Hyatt members, as they do not honor the membership perks as promised.

When I say incredible, that is an understatement. I am Marriott Platinum, my spouse is Hilton Diamond and this was the best service we've ever experienced across any hotel stay. We have no status with Hyatt and booked two nights in at the beginning of January on points (standard room redemption). I noted it was our anniversary on the reservation, not expecting anything really. We landed and I saw that we'd been upgraded to a suite. I thought my eyes were deceiving me because of jetlag and sleep deprivation. No, we were in fact upgraded to a very lovely suite. The staff, incredible. I received a phone call midway through our stay to see how things were going. They had champagne and cake waiting in our room to celebrate our special day, with a thoughtful note to wish us. For a first time Hyatt stay, with no status, the food (I think about those pancakes everyday, and hope to find the recipe online somewhere), the service, the care, the kindness, the helpfulness of the staff was out of this world. And, of course, the property! French luxury was only elevated with the magical snow that blanketed the skylight in the courtyard. Already looking forward to our next visit, and seriously thinking about adding Hyatt loyalty to our portfolio.

I have been staying at great hotels for 60 years and this was the finest hotel I have ever experienced. The level of personal service attention was extraordinary.

Incredible experience. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we were treated like royalty. Every single person there was exceptional. The attention to detail at every point was incredible. Traveling with two young children was stressful but they alleviated that stress and made it so easy. The kids didn't want to leave. Truly appreciate everyone. We will be back soon.
