First off I'll state I used Hyatt points to book our room. We are retired and don't have any special Hyatt status anymore so I imagine no money/no status made us low on the room assignments yet we were still very pleased. The standard room (ours on second floor overlooking an interior dining courtyard) was small, but only by American standards, It was very ample for a European hotel room! The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was great with a large walk in shower, excellent water pressure and a good sized open closet/drawer area for suitcases and unpacking. The location was also excellent. We normally stay on Left Bank, this was our first stay on the Right Bank, the luxury shopping isn't my vibe, but based on the numerous bags being carried by other guests, I think we were outliers in this luxury shopping district. Particular praise for the bar area. We love to have a cocktail before going out to dinner and/or a nightcap after dinner and in both cases the service, bartender, ambience and drinks were all top notch.

This was my first time to this property. We had an upgraded room. The service was great, the room was great, and the location was perfect. The only issue is the cost of drinks in the lounge was higher than expected.

The greatest location at the center of Paris with an amazing staff. Would definitely stay here again.

My ace travel agent (to paraphase an old tv ad, we don't leave home without checking with her) recommended this hotel. I don't think service could be better. We enjoyed staying there for a week. Even little things stood out, e.g., blackout blinds that truly blacked out and helped us with jet lag and sleeping. We both found it a comfortable place to stay, and the location is great for tourists like us.

Top quality accommodation and attentive service. Even basic rooms are thoughtfully designed and comfortable, with many upgrade options. The location is unbeatable - short walk to many top attractions.
