We visit Paris every December and Le Pavillon de la Reine is where we always stay. That is because this hotel has outstanding service and is very warm and inviting. We stayed six nights this trip and the hotel made all our dinner reservations. Their concierges, Rudy and Arnaud go above and beyond to help with reservations and to make your visit pleasurable. Clementine, their reservation manager, is very accommodating and also provides excellent service. The little touches like coming to cleaning your room only after you have dropped off your key and making sure your taxi is waiting show their attention to the smallest detail. Such a delightful place to stay.

We usually stay in Le Marais, first time staying here. It hit all the marks! Nice welcome gift, the room was clean and comfortable. We ate dinner at the bar area one night, in front of the fire place. Lovely atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again. Can't beat the location.

Absolutely splendid and very discreet. Strategically located, it has everything. Quiet luxury, grace, and a profound sense of place define the experience, leaving guests with an emotion that lingers long after they depart. Le Pavillon de la Reine is more than a place to rest; it is a place to experience Paris with all the sophistication and charm of a private home. The hotel’s courtyards and gardens provide quiet corners for reflection, while the surrounding Marais streets invite leisurely exploration of galleries, boutiques, and cafés. Families, couples, and solo travelers alike will find a welcoming atmosphere, with spacious interconnecting rooms for families and cozy nooks for intimate moments. A place for rest, and to discover one of the most important areas of Paris. So close to Picasso Museum, Maison Victor Hugo and so many other art galleries and museums. This hotel is a jewel.

We booked a four night stay here based on the 5 star rating and the location. A junior suite for 950 € per night. Upon check in we were told that we had a duplex, bedroom upstairs, bathroom and sitting area downstairs. I asked that we be accommodated in a one level room…all sold out. The room is very dated, tired looking and feeling. Nowhere near a five star room. The stairs leading to the top level are 24” wide and dangerous at night to go down to the bathroom. We are being moved today and sincerely hope it’s a vast improvement. This room is #18, avoid it at all cost. I’ll update once we are in the new room!

The Pavillon De La Reine was the most accommodating hotel my husband and I have ever stayed in. The staff was so lovely and kind, the room well appointed with anything you could need and the space to relax at the end of the day in the courtyard beautiful. The breakfast was plentiful and a great start to the day!
