The Peninsula is the best hotel we ever stayed at in Paris. The service is phenomenal. From arrival to departure the staff makes you feel special. We ate at Lili's which was excellent. We also had a great lunch upon arrival at Bar Clabber. Every evening we hung out at the rooftop bar. Great views over Paris the Eiffel Tower is close and in full view. We brought our two furry friends and the Peninsula is the most dog friendly hotel we have stayed in anywhere bar none. Beds and bowls were waiting in the room, as well as personalized dog tags! And they were welcome everywhere. (Are dogs are frequent travelers and very well behaved.). Thank you team for a wonderful stay.

Superb. I have stayed at many of the world’s finest hotels, and The Peninsula Paris stands comfortably among them. After many visits to Paris, this was without question the best hotel experience I have had in the city. The staff was exceptional: attentive, polished, and genuinely warm without ever feeling pretentious. From the ambiance and accommodations to the cleanliness, location, and overall service, every detail was thoughtfully executed. A truly outstanding hotel, and time exceptionally well spent in one of the world’s most beautiful cities.

Wow what a place to stay, from the moment we arrived until being waved off in the taxi this place was truly exceptional, the best hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in some nice places. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary here for 3 nights, and were met in reception by the Hotel Manager Sebastian, who was very charming. We had a surprise upgrade which was an amazing surprise, to a suite. Wow wow wow, this rarely happens in life I nearly cried. The room was just flawless, and beyond special, a huge lounge area, with a little terrace, 2 toilets, 2 sets of bathrobes, separate bedroom and walk in dressing room, an absolutely enormous circular bathroom. Everything is touch button, touch curtains, iPads everywhere for any request you have and as a master control for everything. The most beautiful linen, fluffy towels and 2 bathrobes each, one for the spa and one for the room. 2 mini fridges, built in coffee machine so no need to keep filling with water. Some lovely touches, a handwritten card to welcome us and noting our special occasion. The bar on the ground floor too, so nice, great attentive waiters, particularly Adamo and Francisco, really lovely fun guys but very professional too. We ate one night in Lily, that was stunning too with great food. Seriously we did not want to leave. I did spend a lot of time looking for the perfect hotel, and had chopped and changed a bit, given this was such a special weekend for us, and this went far beyond anything I could have imagined. Thank you to Sebastian and team, we are converted to the Peninsula chain and we cannot wait to return

I truly loved my stay at this palace! We came here to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and it was the perfect setting for such a special occasion. The building is absolutely magnificent and steeped in history, which makes the experience even more exceptional. The staff’s attention to detail and genuine care made our stay truly memorable. The location is perfect as well. This palace has become, without a doubt, a Parisian home in my heart.

I visited The Peninsula in Paris on a Friday night with high expectations, given its reputation and luxurious setting. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. I ordered a Caesar salad, which was extremely overpriced for what it was. The biggest issue was the taste — it had a very strong fish sauce flavor that was overpowering and honestly unpleasant. It completely ruined the dish. For a place of this standard, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Paying such a high price for something so disappointing felt like a waste. I would not recommend this dish, and I left feeling let down. Definitely not worth the money in my opinion.
