I was staying at AC Marriott Maillot and this Renaissance Arc is much better Check in was friendly, though it sounded too scripted. Modern lobby and seem refreshed from when i last stayed 7-8 years ago. Most of the art for sale too The suite is nice and large with clarins toiletries. Though the tv switches off every half hour by itself. Telling us to get out and explore paris instead? And my suite has no view of the Arc or Eiffel 🥲 Breakfast restaurant was airy and full of plants, very pretty like a garden. But food and service average like most of the western world 😂 Hilarious when i asked about fontainebleau and none of the 3 front desk staff were french and didn’t know anything Good location with many cafes, restaurants and pharmacies around 9/10

LThe last hotel stay was Renaissance Paris Arc de Triomphe Hotel within minutes of Charles de Gaulle Etoile metro. The check in was much more informative, and upgraded me to a junior suite with view facing Avenue de Wagram. Many eateries on same street and nearby. Arc de Triomphe view at hotel entrance. The room was spacious, comfortable and modern. Oddly no body lotion. French hotels seem to have adopted Korean policies of not providing toothbrush and comb. Buffet breakfast was typical French with moderate spread but good quality. Oddly the omelette cook was often not at the egg station. No champagne for breakfast too😅. The gym was less equipped compared with Le Meridien Barcelona and Paris Marriott Champs Elysee. No club lounge. With better service and a saving of 300 Euro over two nights Renaissance deserves its higher ranking on TripAdvisor.

Excellent hotel and staff. Close to everything you want to do. The hotel is very clean and the staff is helpful and kind. The hotel is staffed with great team members such as Lavanya, who is always there with a smile. Highly recommended!

So after our one night stay at the most awful hotel I’ve been at, The Westin Paris, we moved to the Renaissance and had low expectations. But, we were pleasantly surprised. It was modern, clean, comfortable beds and pillows, and very friendly and helpful staff. Maybe Marriott should think about having this management team head over to the Westin and do some training. Great job on saving the last leg of our vacation. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, great staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Really well located for shopping, sites and restaurants. Some nice touches - with my wife running the marathon, they had a marathon goodie bag in the room. Excellent breakfast, with a full range of options. A very relaxing few days in Paris thanks to the Renaissance.
