I really want to give this five stars as I was waiting for my boss to show up. I decided to wait in the Ritz and have lunch. The restaurant I went into was to the left-hand side after you entered the main entrance I had lobster ravioli with lemongrass bisque. The ravioli is made with Wong Tong pastry very nice. The selection of bread was excellent. I had a cheeseburger to follow which came out in two separate small slider type cheeseburgers I asked for them to be medium. They arrived raw and cold in the inside a very case of "Blue almost still alive ". I don't think anyone likes to bite into cold mincemeat slightly warm on the outside in a burger bun, I just don't think the French can make burgers very well. It was quite revolting to be honest it was basically cold meat patties I was lucky my boss decided for me to tell him to pick him up so I had to leave thank goodness I will say everything looked fantastic especially all the pastries that were on display but I'm just judging this on the burger either way, I will definitely be back to try out other dishes as I think I just picked the wrong one.

The staff were wonderful, the stay was lovely. During the day can be a bit busy but the attention to detail was great. We were treated like friends at the bar and restaurant. We would return. Our room overlooked the Place Vendome and we were vey happy with our choice.

I had very high expectations for the Ritz Paris, and our experience far exceeded them in every way. We visited during the Olympic Games last summer, a time that was understandably chaotic, and the hotel provided a true sanctuary of tranquility. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the service at every touchpoint was extraordinary. Every member of the staff went out of their way to make our stay not only comfortable but genuinely memorable. What stood out most was the hotel’s remarkable ability to anticipate our needs before we even voiced them. Any request we made was fulfilled promptly and with the utmost care. One of the most delightful surprises came from housekeeping, whose thoughtful nightly arrangements of our children’s stuffed animals quickly became a highlight of their day. Even in the fitness center, the attention to detail was exceptional. The attendant kindly refreshed my towel and water on several occasions during longer treadmill runs which was incredibly thoughtful. The pool is beautiful and always felt serene, never crowded. While the fitness center is more intimate in size, it too remained comfortably quiet throughout our stay. This hotel truly delivered a world-class experience. We are deeply grateful for the care and warmth of their staff and look forward to returning.

We stayed at The Ritz Paris for three nights, spending over €4,000 per night, and left extremely disappointed. The room was dated, with spider webs in the light fixture. My breakfast was wrong every morning—including being served a completely raw egg. The concierge couldn’t secure a single dining reservation we requested, and the hotel seemed to nickel and dime us for everything. They threatened to charge us for a small blueberry stain on the carpet. Worst of all, the bellman took so long with our bags that my husband had to bring them down himself. We’ve stayed at Cheval Blanc where the service is flawless. Sadly, The Ritz fell completely flat. Unless you're a celebrity, don’t expect to be treated like a valued guest. Would not return.

The staff is snotty and tried to kick my family out for being in shorts. We were guests. The Peninsula is far superior. Very disappointed and we will not return.
