Scott Fitzgerald Suite, a gesture that made an already exceptional stay feel even more special. Classic, polished, serious luxury
Ritz Paris is everything you’d expect: elegant, calm, and impeccably run. But what really stood out was the thoughtfulness of the service. When we arrived, I mentioned I was feeling poorly. Within a short time, they’d sent honey and lemon up to the room without me asking – no fuss, no performance, just genuinely attentive hospitality. That small gesture told me everything about the standards here. The room was beautiful and immaculate, and the hotel feels like a quiet sanctuary despite being in the heart of Paris. Every interaction felt warm, discreet, and professional. Yes, it’s a premium stay – but the experience matches it. If you want classic Parisian luxury with service that actually notices, this is the place.

Don’t even respond to your customers
Contacted them to make a reservation for my birthday on Christmas Day and they haven’t even responded! Not great very disappointed

Absolutely amazing best Ritz ever!
We truly enjoyed our stay at the Ritz. The manager chris and the staff were exceptionally accommodating to us. The food and drinks were amazing and the overall atmosphere was nothing like we have experienced at any other Ritz before. 10/10 I do recommend to stay here. :)

A great experience but not sure I’d return
This was a great hotel to experience but there were too many service mess-ups that I wouldn’t trust it to return to. At this level and at such eye watering prices, it should be perfect or almost so. Rooms are great, Bar Vendome is great and the indoor pool is great. Breakfast, whilst in a lavish setting, was disappointing, and there were numerous service issues that meant it was a more stressful experience than it should have been. Follow-up from Laurent the GM was also poor which added to the lacklustre feel of the whole place. Next time I’ll go back to the FS GV.
