A group of us arrived following a reception at Bulgari for a drink - at the main bar they were unable / unwilling to accommodate us but persuaded us somewhat unwilling to to to the “Ritz Bar” - it is by the way, little more than a corner under a staircase “transformed” - Having told us there was space, it was cramped and one person was reduced to a stool - the service unfriendly and when I and another ordered a whisky with water .. they bought it in a snifter glass .. what the hell and when I complained they said I should have asked but how was I to know ?? The drinks were expensive especially when all stuck in a crowded corner One of our group was in a wheelchair and wanted to leave by rue Cambon, after 10 minutes still no assistance arrived to help us leave Overall - extremely disappointed and will NOT it recommend. I have been to the Hemingway numerous times & although hate queuing, the service & atmosphere incomparable - bad show The Ritz … not a happy client

Celebrating our wedding anniversary at the Ritz Paris was truly magical. We stayed in the lavish Prestige Suite, which offered stunning views over Place Vendôme, creating a romantic setting for our special occasion. Dining at the Michelin-starred L’Espadon was unforgettable, with each meal beautifully crafted. The Ritz Club spa was a sanctuary of relaxation, perfect for unwinding together. Located in the heart of Paris, the hotel was an ideal base for exploring the city. The exceptional service from the staff made our anniversary feel incredibly special, ensuring every moment was memorable. The Ritz Paris truly made our celebration extraordinary.

We stayed at a hotel just a few metres away and chose to come to The Ritz most evenings for cocktails. Why do you go back somewhere? Because when it’s exceptionally good you go back! I cannot begin to tell you how beautiful this place is and the service and attention to detail matched its aesthetic ! Cocktails were delicious and thoroughly enjoyed by us all. Cannot wait to return

My friend Gladzzz and I were absolutely delighted when we got to the Ritz Paris property. We’re in awe of how beautiful reception from arrival until we checked out. We were there for my milestone celebration. I requested for transport pick up, and it exceeded my expectations, the designated staff met us at the jet bridge after touchdown, totally amazed. The entire staff were so polite and accommodating. The property itself is iconic and luxurious. I would love to stay longer . Everything was built to perfection and allow guests to enjoy each moment. It was worth every dollar spent. The best experience of a lifetime. The most beautiful thing I ever did. Great customer service from start to finish. I would like to commend everyone. Every amenities are luxurious and exquisite

We go to Paris a couple times a year and have tried other hotels but we always end up back at the Ritz (although new Cheval Blanc is a close second). This place just feels special. Very elegant public space, beautiful rooms, perfect location. Very helpful service.
