Our family stayed here last month and we loved it. The location is busy, but the rooms are quiet. Loved walking around this neighborhood every morning. If you want a chain hotel in the center of Paris this is the place to stay. We were very happy.

We enjoyed our stay for a few nights at the Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opera. The location was perfect for us, with lots of things to do within easy walking distance. Our room was small but comfortable. It did have a weird layout - the toilet was separate from the rest of the bathroom and on the other side of the room, making it difficult to use the facilities and then wash our hands. Not a big deal unless you’re a germaphobe. Buffet breakfast was included, and it was good, not a huge selection but enough choices to satisfy us. The best part of the hotel was the staff. They were all friendly, kind and helpful. We enjoyed chatting with Lumi, our bar server. We want to send a huge thank you to Eve the concierge. She went out of her way to help us resolve a minor crisis and looked out for us the rest of our stay, assisting with dinner arrangements and overall making sure we were comfortable and happy. She provided outstanding service, and we appreciated her care and consideration. We would recommend the Sofitel for the great location and the excellent people working there.

Hotel Le Scribe has not only curated the most incredible customer experience, but they have also redefined the meaning of five star service. From the very moment of our arrival, we were swept off our feet by the seamlessness with which the team operates and exceptional customer service. Matthieu received us with the warmest welcome and went out of his way to make us comfortable while we waited for our room with a glass of champagne. Mind you, the reason we waited for our room is because the management so kindly gifted us the most incredible upgrade, which contributed to the most quintessential Parisian experiences. The team at Hotel Le Scribe go above and beyond what is to be expected, even in a hotel of that caliber. They create a unique experience for every single guest and ensure that the memories made are noteworthy. Ryone, Hippolite, and Bilal were also integral figures in our experiences, making us not only feel at home, but feel like family. Just as we arrived, Bilal sent us on our way after check out with a glass of champagne to congratulate my fiancé and I on our upcoming marriage. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The stunning property itself is everything a guest could hope for, but the staff are everything and beyond. We would give 10 stars if we could! From the time we checked in and throughout our stay, the hotel staff was super accommodating and attentive. This hotel and location is excellent for tourists with great access to the metro. Walkable to local cafes and restaurants. We’ll be staying here again on our next visit to Paris!

Starting from a very welcoming, friendly greetings and a very helpful staff that is always at your service. The restaurant manager Christophe has an astonishing memory with attention details, very courteous and provides first-class dining that ranks beyond expectations! I feel home away from home.
