We spent our honeymoon at Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg and could not have wished for a more perfect experience. From the very first moment, the team welcomed us warmly and made us feel truly special. Location: The hotel’s location is outstanding – just a few steps from the Champs-Élysées, Place de la Concorde, and the best shopping in Paris, yet quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful retreat. It was the ideal base to explore the city. Room & Comfort: Our room was beautifully decorated in an elegant Parisian style and offered everything we could possibly need. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the linens of the highest quality, and everything was spotless and perfectly prepared. A special touch for our honeymoon made it even more memorable. Dining & Bar: Breakfast was a daily highlight, with a perfect mix of French pastries, fresh fruits, and savory options. In the evenings, we enjoyed the hotel bar – stylish, cozy, and with excellent cocktails, creating the perfect Parisian atmosphere. Service & Staff: This is where the hotel truly shines. Every member of the team was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. They took the time to anticipate our needs and offered thoughtful recommendations. The concierge and reception team in particular made us feel not only like valued guests, but like part of the Sofitel family. Overall: Our stay was unforgettable in every way. Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg combines elegance, charm, and world-class hospitality. For us, it was the perfect choice for such a special occasion, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

I don’t usually write hotel reviews (truth be told, never), but this stay deserves it. Travelling with my partner and our three-year-old, I was genuinely taken aback by how fully welcomed we were. From the moment we arrived, the team went far beyond “good service”, they made us feel not just accommodated, but prioritised and that every interaction mattered. Even the smallest asks were handled with care, and what struck me most was how our child was treated, with respect, patience, and real emotional intelligence. That isn’t always a given, and it meant the world. The room itself was a dream: generous space, thoughtful touches, and the kind of comfort that let us all relax. My gratitude runs deep for every member of staff we encountered, check-in, concierge, housekeeping, restaurant, bar, each person carried themselves with genuine kindness and effort. That collective care ensured we felt utterly spoiled.

Pathetic people managing the front desk. I was informed while checking in at 3 pm that my room will take 30 minutes, however they didn’t give me the room until 5 on even after I informed them I had meetings scheduled in the city from 4 pm
