Perfect Family Stay
I don’t usually write hotel reviews (truth be told, never), but this stay deserves it. Travelling with my partner and our three-year-old, I was genuinely taken aback by how fully welcomed we were. From the moment we arrived, the team went far beyond “good service”, they made us feel not just accommodated, but prioritised and that every interaction mattered. Even the smallest asks were handled with care, and what struck me most was how our child was treated, with respect, patience, and real emotional intelligence. That isn’t always a given, and it meant the world. The room itself was a dream: generous space, thoughtful touches, and the kind of comfort that let us all relax. My gratitude runs deep for every member of staff we encountered, check-in, concierge, housekeeping, restaurant, bar, each person carried themselves with genuine kindness and effort. That collective care ensured we felt utterly spoiled.

Completely in compassionate staff.
Pathetic people managing the front desk. I was informed while checking in at 3 pm that my room will take 30 minutes, however they didn’t give me the room until 5 on even after I informed them I had meetings scheduled in the city from 4 pm

Amazing stay!
Great service, staff, and rooms well furnished and very luxurious. Could not fault the hotel from check in to check out and the staff were very accommodating and friendly.
