Smooth, Comfortable Stay at Sofitel Paris
Had a great stay at Sofitel Paris. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, with no issues at all. The hotel was comfortable, well located, and delivered exactly what you’d expect from the brand. Special mention to Brandon for his professionalism and attentiveness.

Great and friendly staff
The staff really make a big difference. I arrived early in the morning, and Francesca was incredibly helpful — she had thoughtfully arranged a room for me, paid great attention to the details, and kindly adapted to my needs when I requested a kettle in my room. Everyone greet you with care during breakfast, the level of hospitality is a rare found in Paris.

Well worth it
Great location and easy access to Hermes. It is central area easy walking distance to all the attraction. Friendly staff, great service. The rooms are good size and more importantly they have king size beds. I recommend this for family travels with shopping in mind.

I would like to express my appreciation for Alicia, who provided exceptional assistance during my stay at the hotel. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Her positive attitude and professionalism made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable.
