The comfort, elegance and attention to detail made every moment seem luxurious, but what truly made this experience unforgettable was the warmth of the people. Jessica, the head at Blossom restaurant, welcomed us each day with grace and kindness that by the end of our stay she felt like a dear friend. Denis in the bar created the same feeling- genuine hospitality, wonderful conversation, and impeccable service. As travelers from the US we were treated with such warmth and care that this hotel will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Truly memorable in every way!

After a grueling long-haul flight, my day instantly brightened thanks to Brandon at the Sofitel Paris! He greeted me with an incredibly warm smile that felt like a welcome hug after hours of travel. Not only was he super friendly, but he also went above and beyond to secure me an early check-in, which was such a relief. It's rare to encounter someone who genuinely radiates positivity and makes you feel so at ease, but Brandon did just that. His kindness and professionalism truly set the tone for my stay. I absolutely love this hotel. Great location. Impeccable service. The response to any request was almost immediate. The rooms are beautiful, modern, clean, with attention to detail. Reception and concierge personnel were exceptional. Especially, Alexandre, Anna, Antonio and Thomas. This is our second stay. We plan to return very soon.

The service, room, and food quality were excellent. Alexis took great care of us.
