The Chateaux Deer Valley

My daughter and I had an amazing time at the Chateaux back in March. I was adamant about writing a review about our experience but am just now getting around to doing so. The facilities were phenomenal, the scenery was breathtaking, and the staff were all top notch professionals and you can tell they not only take great pride in their work but enjoy curating a fabulous guest experience. Before we even got to the Chateaux for our stay, Temple was integral in helping us with ski rentals, dinner reservations, and other guest experiences like booking the spa. Sharon was friendly over the phone when inquiring about reservations and just the same and more when we arrived in person. Patrick was attentive in understanding the operation of thijngs in our room like the TV and fireplace, optimizing the enjoyment of our room. Regan and Hawkeye made my daughter and I a personalized list of hikes in the area when we last minute opted to check out some trails. Brian was always so friendly when shuttling us and always answered questions about the area. This is a trip to remember and one we hope to repeat in the future!

We had such a wonderful stay! Traveling with family can sometimes be stressful, but the chateaux made everything so easy and enjoyable. The staff Alisha and Sharon were incredibly friendly and attentive. Alex Lyman helped us to our room,he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options for everyone, even the picky eaters in our group. Every meal felt like a treat! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We made some beautiful family memories here and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service, fantastic food, and a relaxing stay!

We had a wonderful time at Chateaux Deer Valley for a spring ski trip. Jessie and the rest of staff were friendly and accommodating to small requests. Facilities and rooms were clean and well maintained. We made use of the gym and pool/hot tub. Breakfast was tasty. Shuttle bus was timely and reliable. An overall great experience.

We had a great family ski vacation!! Our rooms were amazing - 3 rooms. Everyone had their private baths and the family room area was terrific. Staff was incredible - housekeeping was attentive, restaurant staff was very hospitable especially Kade was extremely attentive and remembered our particular likes. Front desk team was very helpful in assisting with a birthday delivery. Location is perfect to just walk across the street to the slopes and restaurants. Only Mother Nature controls the weather and snow - wish it had been a bit more cooperative. Would highly recommend The Chateaux!

This hotel is amazing! The amenities make this stay so convenient for skiing but the staff make this hotel what it is. From the beginning they take care of everything! From your skiis to your luggage. Be prepared to be pampered. The shuttle to park city is so organized and I had zero issues getting to dinner. And it is complimentary. Some of the staff that stuck out to me: Brian, Hawkeye, and Kilroy. They ran the shuttle and so many other things. Very attentive and learned my name on day one. Bridgett our housekeeper always had a smile and very friendly. Even on the way out, Alex and Alex helped us leave by putting our skiis in our bags and facilitated a smooth departure. At the restaurant Cena, you have to get the lasagna!! To die for. This was one of my most priciest hotel stays and it was 1000% with it.
