Average at Best. Nothing spectacular and views are horrible and will only get worse as construction is completed next door. Don't go if you are truly experiencing a Hyatt Regency effect.

Beautiful hotel and attentive staff. Lots of fun options for food and drinks on site. Aspen at the front desk was very helpful and lovely to chat with. Highly recommend.

I never write reviews for hotel experiences but after the hospitality I experienced at the Grand Hyatt I had to write this review. This was a business trip for me as a traveling private chef with a huge workload and I cannot say enough positive feedback about the staff and facilities at this resort. Chefs Michael, Victor and Roman were extremely helpful for me traveling with my professional needs and went far beyond the scope of their duties to accommodate me and I cannot thank the enough. Aspen at the front desk was delightful and a pleasure , Bruna at the concierge was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the entire bellman team were extremely helpful with making me busy in and out trips a breeze! Also the residences are world class and more than suitable and well equipped for even a professional working chef! Can’t than the resort enough and hope to be back sometime for either business or pleasure! Thank you! 🙏🏻

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt in Deer Valley was nothing short of exceptional. Even though this season hasn’t delivered a ton of snow, the experience at the hotel more than made up for it. The level of service here is truly world-class. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to take care of every detail. Every request we had was handled quickly and with a genuine willingness to help. The staff was always ready to assist with luggage, coordinate transportation, and make getting to and from the mountain completely effortless. That kind of attention makes a huge difference when you’re traveling. A special thank you to Harshal at the front desk, who did an absolutely phenomenal job. He was professional, attentive, and made sure everything about our stay went smoothly. It’s rare to find someone who delivers service at that level consistently, and it really stood out. Hospitality like this is what turns a good trip into a great one. If I could give this hotel an 11 out of 10, I would without hesitation. The team here clearly takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every interaction. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Deer Valley. Outstanding service, amazing staff, and an experience that truly exceeded expectations.

No snow - like, brown. Construction and cranes everywhere. Views of the freeway. They pretend this is Park City but it’s not - it’s off the freeway right before Heber. Took us 35 min to drive to dinner on Main Street. Last visit.
