great location, revolting and overpriced food
Nice staff, rooms are ok. Great location. Good ski valet service. The biggest downside was that the food was very poor and horribly overpriced. The restaurant has all the atmosphere of a soviet bus stop and comically overpriced breakfast-$50 pp for a very average buffet. New Year’s Eve dinner was terrible - 4 courses of reheated frozen gloop served in a total of 25 minutes like a strange competition to get you out of your seat as quickly as possible -like a fast food chain. Highlights included an ‘amuse bouche’ cracker that had the texture and taste of baked paper stuck together with glue with warm ‘seafood’ (aka reconstituted something) on top, weird very sweet and sickly leek and potato soup, a minuscule ‘wagyu’ which was more like rump and a revolting impossible sweet mass produced cake that was inedible. And I love cake -but could not eat this. We felt really ripped off especially compared to the other excellent restaurants nearby. We literally only ate in the hotel one time in 5 days.

Only place to stay in Canyons!
We have stayed at this property multiple times, and it could not be more convenient - especially with the new Sunrise lift right next door. We always stay in the Large Bedroom Residence and really appreciate the amount of room it has! The staff also went above and beyond on our stay when some clothes were left in our room upon check out. Hamza Khan and Joshua Fawley-Puello went above and beyond to make sure we got all of our items and were so nice about it. We appreciate you so much!

Great stay! Top Hyatt stay for us - Families with 4 kids
Our experience with two families and four kids was great. The hotel is phenomenal, the location is great and the rooms are extremely spacious. We stayed in 2 one bedroom large residences, they are extremely nice and helpful, especially with kids. I highly recommend Hyatt Centric Park City. We will be back soon.

Wonderful stay at Park City Hyatt Centric
We loved this hotel! The bilevel room was awesome, my kids loved it! Staff were warm and friendly, very helpful with all our needs. Restaurant is excellent. Overall we had a fabulous stay.
