Hyatt Centric Park City

We have stayed at this property multiple times, and it could not be more convenient - especially with the new Sunrise lift right next door. We always stay in the Large Bedroom Residence and really appreciate the amount of room it has! The staff also went above and beyond on our stay when some clothes were left in our room upon check out. Hamza Khan and Joshua Fawley-Puello went above and beyond to make sure we got all of our items and were so nice about it. We appreciate you so much!

Our experience with two families and four kids was great. The hotel is phenomenal, the location is great and the rooms are extremely spacious. We stayed in 2 one bedroom large residences, they are extremely nice and helpful, especially with kids. I highly recommend Hyatt Centric Park City. We will be back soon.

We loved this hotel! The bilevel room was awesome, my kids loved it! Staff were warm and friendly, very helpful with all our needs. Restaurant is excellent. Overall we had a fabulous stay.

The entire week flew by because every single experience was somehow greater than the last! The Service & Staff (5/5: World-Class) The staff is the heart of this property. They are warm, proactive, and truly make you feel like family. Service is nothing short of world-class. Pre-Arrival & Check-In: The process was spectacular. A huge shout-out to Hamza for confirming our upgrade to the magnificent Bi-Level Suite and making our arrival so smooth. Daily Needs: Requests (extra pillows, towels) via the mobile app were easy to make and delivered with lightning speed. EPC Team: The dining staff went above and beyond. Bogdan, Darius, Amalia, James, and Wahyuni at Escala Provision Company (EPC) are phenomenal and will forever hold a special place in our hearts. The Rooms & Atmosphere (5/5: Luxurious Sanctuary) We were fortunate to stay in a beautiful and incredibly well-equipped Bi-Level Suite. Rooms: The suite felt like a luxurious mountain home, providing a perfect sanctuary after a day of activities. Cleanliness: Immaculate and spotless throughout the suite and common areas. Noise Level: Peaceful and quiet, ensuring restful nights. Dining & Amenities (5/5: Culinary Excellence & Fun) The on-site dining at Escala Provision Company (EPC) was a daily highlight. Food & Beverage: The chefs are absolute magicians! Every meal was consistently delicious, warm, and expertly prepared. Special Amenities: The Friday Trivia Night at EPC was a wonderfully fun and unexpected way to cap off our amazing trip. World of Hyatt & Value Our experience validated our loyalty to the World of Hyatt program, with the team successfully securing our suite upgrade and recognizing our status.
