We had a 3 day business meeting at the Penney. Everything was 5 Star. The location, the building and amenities, the food, the staff and the overall vibe was really really well done. I will be back for vacations and skiing :)

We stayed at the Pendry for our first ski trip and visit to Park City, and had the most wonderful and luxurious experience! The Pendry is in a great location in the Canyons with many activities for a family with young children. The entire staff (front desk, valet and bell service, restaurant staff, housekeeping, Compass equipment staff) was warm/welcoming, friendly and extremely attentive. The staff was also really great with our kids and made sure they were happy and taken care of during our stay. The 2 BR we stayed in was luxurious and well appointed, modern and clean. We have stayed at many “luxury branded” hotels and none have impressed us as much as the Pendry! When we checked out, my daughter told the front desk that she wanted to give the Pendry 1,000 stars, which is what prompted this review!

The last time we stayed at Pendry was Christmas 2022. We looked forward to returning and opted to come for Easter, which silly us, didn’t realize was spring break. We love the Pendry and Montage brand hotels and now almost exclusively travel back and forth between them. Pendry Park City: While the food has gone down a notch, which is hard as that was the best feature last year, the staff remains friendly and helpful, but do seem understaffed. The pros- -I really appreciate the cleanliness and constant upkeep of the hotel. Housekeeping is excellent. They were fast and did a wonderful job freshening up our room each day while we were skiing. -It’s a ski in, ski out hotel and in a fun area. -The daily shuttle to downtown is excellent! The driver, Henry, wrote down two separate times we might want picked up. We almost missed the first time, but thankfully he was looking for us and spotted us 2 blocks away and waved at us! That was excellent service, and we really appreciated his patience and thoughtfulness. -There is a ski valet at the bottom of the gondola, so you don’t have to carry them all the way back to hotel if you ride the gondola down!! Amazing. The cons- -We never got to use the hot tub because the number of kids at all hours of evening. We tried each night of our stay, as we would very much enjoy a tub after skiing, but sadly it was packed with kids each time. -We had a weird valet situation upon arrival. Right after we pulled up to check in, the young valet guy made sarcastic remarks about our car. I didn’t appreciate that after a 9-hour drive. The valet is the first person you come in contact with at a hotel. So, as they unloaded our car, they put everything on a bell cart. Somehow my husband's brand-new pair of $2000+ skis didn’t make it on the cart. Instead, off in a corner behind valet stand? How that works, I’m not sure. We asked the valet who pushed the cart inside, and they said there was no other skis. My husband went outside and found them. -Disco pizza is not a food option anymore. Instead, it is just an event space. I think one more food option would really help the Pendry. All in all, I will return again.

Excellent option if you want to ski in The Canyons. The apartments are spacious, well appointed, and tastefully decorated. Ski in ski out with ski valet makes it so convenient and easy. The rooftop pool has amazing views. The staff is ready to please.

Recommend this luxurious resort to anyone looking for amazing relaxation and perfect spring ski/snowboarding location. No need to drive anywhere everything you need is here. If you want to go to the downtown area there is a shuttle that leaves every hour with a great driver (Henry)
