Recently refurbished to a high standard throughout, clean and modern styling. Busy conference hotel has ideal location within short walks to all main areas in city centre and also the jetty for river trips and Rottnest Island, Avis car hire depot a 35 min easy walk. Room was large for a city hotel, well appointed and equipped including bottled water. All staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet provided a good range of choices, both the sports bar and wine bar offer food until late, also plenty of choice of restaurants nearby at the jetty area. Would choose again when visiting Perth.

Check in at Reception was sadly very poor. Unlike the rest of our experience at the Hotel. Having arrived slightly ahead of our book in time we were told our room was going to be prioritized and they took our mobile phone number and we were to be txt as soon as it was ready. Over 2 hours had elapsed and no txt. We joined our excursion group and after our city tour. Only then did we get our room key via our tour director. Very disappointed. Having waited so long my wife found the water from the communal water station had a poor taste. So we went to the Bar to buy a bottle of still water only to be told they didn't have any only lightly sparkling which we purchased but this aggravated my wife's health condition. In our room however when we did eventually get there was a complementary bottle of the still water. Enough said!! Our room when we did get in to it was clean, well appointed and we will be revising later in our Tour. The food has been exceptional good in quality. Just the initial experience and poor communication has tarnished what should have been brilliant.

We had a wonderful and very comfortable stay at Pan Pacific Perth. The staff were friendly, professional and genuine in their interactions, which made feel warm and welcomed. Our room was clean and cosy, and came with a scenic view of the waterfront, which gave a relaxing vibe. We also dined at their in house restaurant UMA, and the food there was simply amazing! Can’t wait to be back and for a longer stay next time!

Large busy modern hotel near the center of Perth, about a 20 walk to the city center. Room was comfortable with some curious issues. There was no desk, very little space to store clothes and very few outlets to plug in electronics which was strange in a modern space. The breakfast buffet was ok but go early as got incredibly busy. I did not eat in any of the other restaurants.
