Not overly impressed for what is claimed a 5 star hotel, had to move hotels due to renovation noise, no real good available, room service food was second rate, staff were really good, hotel needs a good shake up.

Went for the Mother's Day High Tea buffet and was disappointed. They made everyone wait in the foyer until exactly 2pm before they started seating anyone. We were only seated at 2.20pm. Then we had to queue for another 15 mins to get any food. They ran out of plates. The quality of the hot food was pretty poor. Party pies looked like frozen ones from Aldi. A few dried up kebabs and sausage rolls. Sandwiches were basic egg mayo and ham and cheese. The dessert counter was better, but overall not worth $80 or $90. Not even a view from the restaurant. For the same price go to C Restaurant or any of the other hotels that are doing a quality high tea and serve at your table.

My previous stay was excellent, including the fast check-in process, the friendliness of the front desk staff, and the housekeeping services. However, the food and beverage service did not meet expectations. I expressed my concerns and received feedback from the front desk manager both in person and via email, but there has been no further follow-up since then.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Perth recently for 2 nites, and had a lovely time. In addition to all the very helpful and friendly staff from check-in to check-out, we would like to give a shout-out to Davinia and Natalia in the Club Lounge. They both looked after us extremely well; refreshing our drinks, and making sure we were well seated and well-fed. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Beautiful rooms, lovely views and what a location. I would recommend this venue to anyone or a holiday or a business trip
