The Gleneagles Hotel

We were made so welcome and treated well. The Glen is so beautiful, calm, Scottish and perfect. So much to do I want to go back. The dogs, ferrets and birds of prey are wonderful. Every member of the staff team are so lovely and I can see they are looked after. Waiting staff Ellis, 🫖 Gary 🪶, Billy, 🖊️ John Roy, 🐑 Grant I wish I could remember everyone. Everyone involved with making sure Glen Eagles is special, thank you. 🤩 Thank you.

The most perfect stay ever - Gleneagles is always the most perfect place to stay as it never disappoints . So much to do and Staff are incredible - every thing is just perfection- room was amazing and on this visit we so enjoyed the fabulous afternoon tea -a change of menu I believe WOW it’s fabulous ! The GlenDevon team are incredible - food was just out of this world - Jen , Ellis , Susie and Adeline to name a few really went the extra mile . A fabulous experience . Can not wait to return , Breakfast - John Roy , Gary you both were so attentive . Thank you we had a perfect stay , and breakfast is out of this world - no where else compares . 5 stars all the way - thank you team Gleneagles you are amazing .

We arrived to a lovely welcome from the front-of-house team, who made us feel incredibly comfortable right from the start. When we checked in, the lady at reception was so friendly and took the time to explain all of the hotel’s facilities, including where everything was and the best times to go. We require firmer pillows for a comfortable sleep, and after speaking to a member of the team, we were delighted to return to our room to find that firmer pillows had been provided. This small touch made a big difference to our stay and was much appreciated. On our first night, we were warmly welcomed with a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary—a wonderful and thoughtful surprise that truly set the tone for our stay. We also found a beautiful card from the Guest Relations team, which added a personal and heartfelt touch. That evening, we dined at the Brigham Restaurant at Gleneagles. The gentleman who served us was absolutely lovely—friendly, attentive, and very helpful in guiding us to choose the best dishes. The meal was delicious, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Breakfast the next morning was 10 out of 10—easily our favourite breakfast we've ever had. There was a fantastic variety, everything was fresh and beautifully presented, and the service was just as warm and welcoming as the rest of our stay. On our second night, we had a reservation at The Strathearn at Gleneagles. We were greeted by the front-of-house team, who kindly showed us to our table by one of the many windows, offering beautiful views of the greenery and the pines. Soon after, we were visited by the champagne trolley host, who talked us through the different varieties of champagne. It was a lovely start to the evening. Next, we were introduced to the most knowledgeable sommelier we’ve ever met. He guided us through a wonderful selection of wines, and we ended up choosing the perfect bottle to pair with our meal and celebrate our anniversary. For starters, we ordered the shellfish tower—which was absolutely amazing. For the main course, we chose the Beef Wellington, and it was simply outstanding—10 out of 10! We couldn’t fault a single thing and loved every bite. To finish, we had dessert accompanied by a complimentary dessert wine, which was the perfect end to a perfect night. Every member of staff in the restaurant was amazing—friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. We couldn’t have been happier with the service. Each evening, we ended our night at the Century Bar, which became our final stop. Once again, every single member of staff was outstanding—friendly, professional, and welcoming. It was the perfect way to unwind after our wonderful days. Thank you to everyone at Gleneagles for giving us the best week. You made our 20th wedding anniversary truly unforgettable with your care, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality.

I travel a lot and I can easily say that this has by far been the best trip I’ve ever been on. The hotel, rooms, activities, food, spa, the landscapes and views! Count get enough of any of it! Just beautiful! The concierge helped by plan out days to the T.. we enjoyed golf, off road driving and the clay target shooting the most

Fantastic hotel where the facilities and staff worked hand in hand to make a memorable and entertaining Easter Weekend. Great facilities, top class restaurants and bars. Good entertainment and activities with always something to do even if you don’t play golf. Thank you to everyone at Gleneagles
