Such personal service
Never disappoints. From the moment you turn into the driveway, to pulling up in front of the hotel, the porters are on hand to unpack and park the car. A warm welcome to greet you from reception, review your bookings for activities. We had a suite which was well appointed, tea, coffee and shortbread, fresh milk in fridge. Bar well stocked if you need it. Activities around for all ages, there really is something for everyone. My favourite are the falcons. F&B spot on, breakfast as always is the best of the best, again catering for all tastes and allergies!

Gorgeous setting to enjoy the best Scotland has to offer
We stayed at The Gleneagles Hotel as we had booked Andrew Fairlie restaurant for my birthday and didn’t want to drive home. A free upgrade at check in was a nice surprise & the room was lovely along with a complimentary bottle of wine. Robes & slippers, tea & coffee, mini bar & toiletries all provided. Breakfast offerings were extensive but after such a rich meal the evening before I was unable to fully indulge which was a shame! I was disappointed with the food & service in The Garden Cafe. We didn’t realise The American Bar was closed on Monday & Tuesday so will have to return another time. You can continue to use the facilities after you have checked out & reception will hold your luggage until check in or when you are ready to leave. This hotel is dog friendly and there were lots of dogs around the grounds & in reception but not in the bars or restaurants.

Excellent Service
Without exception the staff were excellent ; friendly and efficient. The facilities are superb. The restaurants were busy so worth booking in advance. The 9 hole Par 3 golf course is a useful backup if the main courses are fully booked.

A true Gem
From the moment that we arrived to the second we departed we were made to feel welcome and special. This was our first visit and certainly will not be our last. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating.. nothing was too much trouble. Gleneagles is well worthy of its 5 stars. Thank you to everyone at Gleneagles for giving us such wonderful memories.
