fiadh resturant food
we eat in the fiadh resturant had barbecued pork chop on the bone for 30€ ?? i think it was very expensive for 1 pork chop.it was so dry i asked for apple sauce and they had none. very dissapointed.

Birthday celebration at the Glen
Just wanted to say a very big thank you the team for an excellent birthday dinner in the Strathearn. I think it would not be unfair to say my best evening to date. The welcome, the menu, the food and the service throughout the evening were perfect. You have all set yourselves the highest of standards for my future visits !!! It is always difficult to mention one particular person among so many but Tyler was, as he always is, outstanding in his deportment and level of service and always with careful attention to detail. Thank you also for the very kind gifts. My evening with you all reminded me once again why the Strathearn is my restaurant of choice, as it was when my parents were with me for all our celebrations and continues to be so. I look forward to many evenings and hopefully many more birthday celebrations.

Exceptional luxury experience.
Gleneagles Hotel more than lives up to expectations. I spent my best birthday ever walking the stunning Kings Course and then celebrating in the evening in the Strathern Restaurant. The food was exceptional, staff friendly and welcoming and the environment provides sumptuous luxury. Thank-you for an experience I will never forget.

Absolutely incredible and flawless experience at Gleneagles. Our first time visiting and we will definitely be back - and bringing our friends and family so that they can experience it too! We’ve never felt so looked after, all of the staff are incredibly attentive and go above and beyond.

Would have been 5 star if not for the spa booking
We had a lovely stay at Gleneagles. The rooms were excellent — really spacious, comfortable, and beautifully done. The setting is absolutely wonderful too, with stunning grounds that make it feel like a proper escape. The bars and restaurants were also fabulous. Great atmosphere, delicious food, and plenty of choice — it really added to the overall experience. The only real disappointment was the playground booking service. Sent an email enquiry for Spa and they returned with some times and options which we selected and returned their email. We were under the impression that the spa had been booked, but on arrival we were told there was no reservation. This meant we had to completely rearrange our plans for the day, which was frustrating and disruptive. While the team did offer us a slot the following day — which happened to be the day we were leaving — it wasn’t what we wanted and ended up souring what had otherwise been a brilliant stay. Now while I appreciate the booking the following day, this should have been complimentary or discounted as it was an error on their part which could have been completely avoided. It’s not the level of service which should have been provided. Despite this, we still had a wonderful stay overall, but attention to detail in the booking process would make the experience truly exceptional.
