Yet again we hoped our experience in the Stathearn Restaurant at Gleneagles could improve. Not so. Food was TERRIBLE AS WAS SERVICE.The hotel should close this part of their operation. If it continues without noticeably improving the STAR Rating should be reduced.

An absolutely amazing experience
Stayed here as part of a work event. The experience started on arrival with the most warm welcome from the doormen. Reception staff and waiting staff were so friendly and attentive. My room was amazing as was all the food. Definitely an out of this world experience.

We stayed at Gleneagles for four nights to celebrate a friend’s 60th birthday—and it delivered in every way you’d hope a place like this would. The service was outstanding. Not over the top, just consistently warm, attentive, and effortless. The kind of place where everything just works. There’s an incredible range of activities to keep you busy (or not): world-class golf, padel, 4x4 driving, a brilliant spa, and plenty more if you’re feeling energetic. Equally, it’s just as good for slowing down and enjoying the setting. And as Chris Mills rightly pointed out—excellent carpets. You’ll know what he means when you see them.

Another 5 star experience
Fantastic experience once again! We stayed in a Braid room, very spacious, big bed, very comfortable, Living area and bathroom was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff here were fabulous, very attentive and pleasant, cannot praise them high enough. Breakfasts are out of this world, choice, quality is exceptional. If you could only ever visit one more hotel, this is the one!
