Plan on staying somewhere else! They definitely OVER charge, you don’t get rooms that you book, no dining options, holes in bedsheets, no information where ANYTHING is located! Unless you have a usb cord, no outlets to charge your phone

We had a wonderful time at the Bellevue Hotel. We were there for a wedding which was truly incredible in the hotel’s magnificent ballroom. The guest rooms are extremely large and dog friendly which we love.

Stayed here several times and was looking forward to returning. When we arrived we found the hotel in very poor shape. Only 1 single elevator was available making waits excessively long. The workout facility was a guest room with 1 precor and 2 treadmills with no tv/input and with no water, towels in room. coudlnt rent movies, inconsistent housekeeping services etc.. we leaned the hotel ewas going to close in a few weeks for renovation but there was absolutely no communication from the hotel explaining this and the reduction or elimination of many services. Despite the reduction/elimination of basic hotel services there was no price reduction

They don't have any intention for making the guests satisfied. Slippers asked declined, Electric adator for european - usa plugs asked declined. No solutions are suggested. Elevators not working. Housekeeping not working

Comfy king room facing inwards onto the atrium but very quiet. Large room with plenty of space but needed more conventional storage for clothes. (Ikea hanging shoes boxes don’t cut it! The staff were fantastic and the icing on the cake. From the women cleaning the room, front desk staff and porters / servers working on the conference i was attending were without exception friendly, helpful and smiling. Unusually to see that consistent high level of service really turned the experience into a great stay.
