Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix

One of my favorite hotels! The location was my main reason for booking this hotel the first time I stayed, but it’s the people that keep me coming back! I would like to give a special shout out to Rico Alvarez at the front desk and Raul and the entire valet team. It is clear Kimpton strives to provide the best customer experience by having the best team. I wish I had kept a list of every team member working during my stay because every one of them deserves praise.

Had a great lunch at the Bluehound Restaurant thanks to Genie, who somehow managed to be both an excellent server and a skilled bartender. She handled everything with ease — from food recommendations to crafting a perfect cocktail — all with a warm, professional touch. Truly impressive service. Highly recommend stopping in if Genie’s working!

I've decided this is the only place I will stay when i visit phoenix. From the second you walk in, in smells amazing. The people greet you and you feel like you are in one high in beautiful hotel. The room didn't disappoint either. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were perfect for my liking. I woke up to a free coffee bar on the second floor. I was literally walking distance to the concert I came for. I paid a competitive price and I couldn't be happier. If they continue providing this kind of service there is no doubt this is the only hotel I'll stay at. Can't wait to come again.

I came to Phoenix for a Buti convention, and I was here for 6 nights. The interaction was amazing, as they would text me and check-in with me periodically and they were very accommodating, the room was great. I definitely will stay here again and recommend the Palomar to those I know. Thank you 😊

Came down for a Diamondbacks game, can't say enough about the Kimpton hotel, there is no where else to stay! Staff, location, and experience, all exceptional!
